Poor communication with property owners. Terrible notification of check in time. Fire alarms ringing multiple times. Elevator not working. I will not stay or recommend.

Good location with great views. We had a fun time. Cleaning definitely needs looked into. Hair in the big tub and towels were stained. Also the recliner doesn’t recline. With these issues fixed it’s a 10/10

Unit 134 was exceptionally comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed every bit of this place especially sitting on balcony watching the beautiful views of the beach, ocean, sunrise and sunsets. Was able to get plenty of sunshine there since it was a bit cold certain days.

This property was perfect from start to finish! Its on the 3rd floor, when you walk in the door it has a perfect little place to take off your shoes and beach attire for the day so you don't worry about dragging any dirt in the condo. The furnishings were cozy and comfy from the couch, recliner, kitchen table and beds. The kitchen appliances worked as they should, washer and dryer was perfect for just me and my husband. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We got to see the sunsets. Every mid morning and late evening we would see the dolphins from the balcony put on a show. The condo does come with a hair dryer in each bathroom. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this condo, it is one vacation that we did not want to leave, the condo was so inviting from the start. If we do come back to Florida, this is definitely one that I will try to stay again.Thank you to the homeowners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your home for the week, God bless you and your family. We really enjoyed our stay in Navarre Beach, FL! It was our first time visiting. Very quiet and laid back. Condo was in a perfect location and very clean! We will definitely visit again.

Beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and access couldn’t be any more convenient. The onsite pool wasn’t crowded and is to the East of the building so it was shaded from the afternoon sun and remained cool and refreshing all day. On the flip side, the beds are advertised as queen size but are, in fact doubles and the one in the guest bedroom has seen better days. The kitchen was icky - dirty plates and knives, and baking sheets and “George foreman” grill with food residue. And the old oversized Jetted tub in the master was kinda gross.

The condo provided a beautiful view of the ocean and was perfect for myself and 2 sons.

he actual condo was fine, it's a little tight. The kitchen setup is a bit odd where you can't open some drawers/cabinets because of the refrigerator. The shower stall in the smaller bathroom was difficult to use. My children used it and had difficulty because the water wouldn't hit them in the place they could stand. When we book a place to stay for vacation, we on purpose book places with a pool since we have children that need a break from the beach. When we arrived there was a sign on the pool that it was closed and would open Monday, no problem. Then the pool never opened and people managing the property were no help. They told us they would look into it and get back to us and then we wouldn't hear anything. Then they just stopped responding. I would not have booked this condo if I had known the pool would be unusable.

The condo is nicely decorated, clean, beds are comfy, balcony has plenty of seating, and loved that there was broom, mop, and a vacuum cleaner to clean up sand. I know it's on the beach and you are going to bring sand in but I can't stand for the sand to be on my feet when I'm inside the condo trying to relax.

Everything is as described. Enjoyed our stay. Tried to book again for upcoming visit but wasnt available for our dates.
