Beachfront Nags Head Condo w/ Private Balcony!

The 3rd floor condo was beautiful with great views of the ocean from the lanai. Brandy had the property clean and stocked with just about anything you'd ever need, including snacks to enjoy as you relaxed on the beach. there were also all the spices and cooking utensils and products you would need to cook at home, if you wanted. (This comes in handy as most restaurants are closed Mon & Tues at the beginning of the summer season (early May)..

My only complaint was with our contact- Courtney. All your correspondence kept assuring- early checkin ? Contact us about 48 hrs and see if that’s available!! Our stay began on Tues Sept 2nd. I emailed Courtney on Monday ( which I knew was Labor Day) - no response. I emailed again Tuesday, after 10:00 to give her time to get to work and check previous emails. No response again. I picked up my MTS trail hikers at 2:00 and called her. Once she answered, she was flustered. I explained I emailed twice - “oh! Well I haven’t even checked my emails! What are we even talking about here!?” To sum it up- she was short, abrupt and just not friendly. But!!! The condo, location, quietness, balcony were amazing! ( one question, does the WiFi turn off at 11:00 pm? Ours sure did. And came on the next morning at 7:00 am. Strange) Anyway! Everything worked out and we had a lovely, memory filled time.

The ocean view from the top-floor balcony is stellar. The unit was clearly designed for vacationers, from the coffee bar to the extra counter space is the master bedroom. The keyless entry means no worrying about carrying or losing keys on the beach. The boardwalk and stairs provide easy access to the beach.

Really lovely! The luggage dumbwaiter, the gorgeous view, the clean and well-decorated condo — everything was amazing and we’ll 100% be trying to stay here again when we next visit OBX

Very nice unit, exactly as described, location was great and balcony was awesome

Excellent location, excellent service and responsiveness from owner on minor issue with TV access; easy check-in process; very useful luggage elevator to transport items to third floor.Minor issue - bedding in primary suite had a queen sized top sheet rather than king sized. Easy solution - we took the top sheet off the second bedroom bed and used two sheets for adequate coverage.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yachtsman. The location was perfect for exploring the entire OBX. Would definitely stay again.

The view at this property is amazing! We slept so good with the sounds of the water at night. The property was clean and just as described. Condo is roomy and very clean. The perfect getaway place. Would def recommend!

Great location. All the conveniences nearby. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves roll in. Beautiful sunrise view. Boardwalk to the beach was perfect.

This was our third stay in this condo and just as amazing as the first two times. We can’t wait to come back for our fourth time!

Beautiful

We had a great stay in Nags Head. The condo was beautiful, the perfect size for our family of 4. The balcony overlooking the beach was a definite plus - we saw dolphins on 3 different occasions!! The walk to the beach was easy and the beach chairs were a great perk! We walked to ice cream and there were a few other restaurants close by. Lots of other cool places within a short drive. We don’t often return to the same place (always trying new places) but I have a feeling we’ll be back to Nags Head again! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The property was the cleanest I have stayed in for years. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was covered, giving us a great place to eat meals with a view of the ocean We had a couple of minor technical difficulties but the owners were quick to reply and offer solutions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, we will be back. Location was great. Didn't know about the luggage elevator, made moving in and out a breeze. The ocean view was fantastic!
