For those looking to book in the late Summer or Fall, please note that the pool will be unavailable the week after Labor Day every year due to annual scheduled maintenance . For those who still want to swim, we have a coastal fish pond next to the building with calm surf as well as an ocean beach mere steps away from the condo. For 2026, the pool will be closed September 14-21.
