'THE GREAT ESCAPE' BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDOS UNIT #213

LOOK no further! This professionally decorated condo is a head turner. This unit is only rented during the Summer weeks and is very well cared for. You will enjoy the comfort, cleanliness and high end touches of our beautiful beachfront property.

Take in the SPECTACULAR views of the emerald water which are hard to miss from the moment you enter the unit into the main open floor plan living area. The two guest suites are on either side near the entrance of the unit while the primary bedroom is separate and shares the views of the gulf. Dining for six and an additional four at the bar as well in addition to the outdoor seating on the spacious balcony allow for plenty of entertaining and room to spread out.

*AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

    I am not sure if any words I could use to describe this experience in FL would be effusive enough, but this spot was PERFECT for us. We're already trying to figure out our next trip! Besides being so well stocked and comfortable, this location could not have been more stunning. When looking to book somewhere, my main goal was to be able to hear the ocean from our windows when we wake up or drift off to sleep. We found it here! The back patio was also where we spent a lot of our time, as we read and looked out over the pool to the ocean, we'd eat outside as well. We cooked almost every night, and they had the basics in the cupboards, it was so comfy we didn't even want to leave the area to get out to eat! Added bonus, beach set up was included in the cost. I booked VERY last minute in late/early hours of our arrival date and the person managing the place was very accommodating and helpful, even helping us the day we arrived to a noisy hot tub right outside our balcony. We couldn't hear the ocean, but she certainly fixed that asap. In fact, due to our late booking there was an accidental double booking with the owners' friends, and the couple showed up right in the middle of our trip. But amid the confusion (which was quickly resolved) we invited them in to have a drink on the patio-and as fate would have it we realized we came from the same town, and we made some unexpected new friends! Truthfully, look no further! You will NOT be disappointed!

    Loved our condo. Very lovely and comfortable, as well as being well stocked. Views were gorgeous! Beach was excellent. Location was perfect - just far enough away from Seaside to get out of the congestion but close enough to ride bikes there or Grayton. Would stay again!

    Best 2 weeks!!! The condo was convenient to store, ice cream, restaurants and shopping. It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen had every appliance and dishes for every occasion. The beds were comfy and soft wonderful linens and the view ?. The parking was always available. The beach service was respectful always a front row seat to the beautiful crystal clear water and it wasn’t 3 rows of chairs like other places on 30A. Pool was cleaned regularly as well as grounds. Convenient keyless entry. The best place I have stayed in the last seven years. We will come back. There were so many extras the owners have so many games and books. We had the best time. What a treasure!!! Thank you for sharing!!!!
