️BeachFront-Huge Balcony-Heated Pool-Ocean Reef 1708 ️

Balcony was so relaxing, with stunning views.

Overall loved the condo and the facilities, the beach was great and the feel was very family friendly. We did have a couple of minor issues but management took care of them eventually and the stay was relaxing and peaceful. Love that the building was non-smoking too. One note, the parking space is very small and tight. Overall a great trip!

Overall, this is a very nice unit with comfortable amenities. Some things to note: the icemaker in the freezer doesn't work but there are a few ice trays.

We loved Ocean Reef and the condo was was great. The only complaint is that the elevators were slow and sometimes not working. One of the elevators was out of order the whole time we were there. Overall, had a great time in a beautiful location!

We had 4 adults and loved the location and the condo. Such a beautiful view! We were able to see dolphins from our balcony! We loved everything about our stay here!!

The location was great. The sunsets and the fly over of the jets were fabulous to see. The only down fall was that it day TV but there is no cable. As well if the kitchen would have a few essential like some spices and a few more garbage bags, paper towel that would make a big difference Besides that we loved the condo.

LOVED LOVED LOVED the condo. Everything that was in the description was exactly how it was Every picture is how it looks in person. Very Very clean from the elevator to every inch of the condo. The Balcony is so relaxing easy to fall asleep out there. Definitely will be back!

We LOVED this property! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about so that I can book it again! It was the most clean and pristine condo I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous decor, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The property management sent messages to make sure we were happy. They did ask us to move the patio furniture inside due to Hurricane Helene, which we were mostly able to do, with the exception of the nice large table and some heavy chairs. We always enjoy Ocean Reef, but this was, by far, the loveliest place.

Ocean Reef 1708 was a great location for our gathering. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and family activities. We really enjoyed the serenity of the ocean. Beach front and pools were always clean and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Absolutely recommend.

I have stayed at many condos at Ocean Reef through the years, but this condo was by far our favorite. The condo had been beautifully updated with all the essentials. This was the first time we didn’t have to worry about beach chairs, a boogie board, or a cart to transport our belongings. The condo smelled clean and was very clean. I was also greeted with a beautifully decorated birthday cake, balloon, and card. It put a smile on my face since they took the extra step to recognize my birthday. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will definitely book here again next year!!!

Hands down the best condo we have stayed in at the beach to date!! Can’t wait to go back!!

The place was so beautifully decorated and clean. Loved the view from the balcony and that our part of the beach was not crowded. If we visit Panama City Beach again, would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, beautiful weather and beach. It was our first visit to PCB/Gulf coast. We visited 5/19 to 5/26, perfect timing. Things were starting to get crazy busy when we left. It was a much needed family vacation.
