Beachfront Hideaway with Pool & Ocean Views

Stay away from this place. We made this reservations months in advanced. We were traveling with children and the day before our arrival they canceled our reservation without any justification. We were left stranded trying to figure out where to go and what to rent last minute. Probably because they sold it for a higher price after the fact. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

Reviewer Comments: En general el lugar, el ambiente y las instalaiones en general satisfacieron nuestras espectativas y podemos indica que estamos complacidos.Sin embargo si debemos anotar que las instalaciones no estaban totalmente limpias, encontramos restos de alimentos ya cocinados y en estado de descomoposició. Por otra parte nos llevamos la sorpresa de que una de las toallas de playa, la sábana de la cama grande y dos almohadas estaban impregnadas de sangre, lom cual nos molest{oEl Administrador nos atendió ante una llamada nuestra y se pudo arreglar una de las duchas que no tenía presión y nos solucionó lo de la comida, no así lo de la sangre porque no la notamos hasta un día después y no lo contactamos.El administrador fue amable cuando hablamos con él.A pesar de la situación presentada estamos satisfechos con el estamos de las instalaciones y el panorama fue muy bonito

At first sight:except for the refrigerator and oven, every other electric appliance was or dirty or in a bad condition.Deteriorated dishes of unimaginable quality.Dirty: washing machine: full of mildew; Clothes dryer filter was full of lint and more; dishwasher was dirty and having door filled with crusted soap and needed to be cleaned three time before used; Laundry room is a storeroom for old empty plastic bags, brooms, empty plastic jugs etc... and very dirty. toaster was so dirty, filled with bread left over(crust)which take on fire....let see now for the living room: the sofa is ruined.Same for the patio set.Bedrooms: Store are unusable... and the curtains I let you judged by yourself their condition.it is not our first rental with Krain Costa Rica and were always satisfied.I think you must improved the condition of this rental if you want to keep your good reputation.

Property was clean, safe and in a great location. The pool was good and direct access to the beach was great. Everyone was great. The condo did provide beach towels. beach chairs and beach mats. We had a great week in CR.
