Stayed Sep 16, 2022The property itself is great. Location is the best. The view is amazing. The condo itself was poor. Very dirty, hadn’t be thoroughly cleaned in some time. Baseboard, vents, photos all had thick dust. Bathroom had toothpaste on tub from previous tenant. Mattress covers had stains. Condo is beautiful, just needs to be cleaned. It is a non smoking facility, but my neighbors smoked cigarettes and pot and nothing was done despite multiple complaints.

Stayed May 8, 2025Stayed here for a quick weekend to do the Gulf Coast 70.3. Close proximity to the event without having to deal with the crowds. Great property with plenty of space.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Definitely would never stay there again or recommend it. The elevators were horrible. The Internet was nonexistent. The master bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and a broken toilet tissue holder. Overpriced.

Stayed Aug 18, 2024The location and views were perfect. The staff at Sterling Reef were very friendly. The condo was a bit dirty. If we walked on the floor in our bare feet, they were black with dirt. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced. There was a musty smell throughout the condo. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Overall, we had a nice time, because the location was great but I don’t think we would stay here again.
