I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed before in Westwinds and always had a great experience. This time was no different. The building has been maintained well and kept clean. 4787 was obviously renovated recently and it was the best unit we have stayed at in the building. Lovely renovations and comfortable furniture and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the high balcony furniture to see over the railing and table to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Would definitely stay again. No problems with checkin or check out.

The condo was very nice, clean, well maintained and stocked with all necessary supplies. Westwinds is a great location and as an added bonus the resort area provides a shuttle throughout the resort.

Reviewer Comments: The property photos and description online were accurate and we were relieved to see the rental was clean and free from odors for our stay when we arrived. Westwinds offers a great location on the beach, covered parking and a heated pool and hot tub. This condo is situated on the west side of the complex and offers a decent view of sunsets and the Gulf of Mexico. During our stay we encountered an issue with the A/C one morning and immediately contacted the property management company. They were very responsive and had our unit back in working order within less than a few hours. I would recommend this property and management company to a friend.

Only thing I would recommend is more than 2 Chairs for the patio. It’s a 2 bedroom so it would be nice to have had 4 chairs.

Stayed Aug 31, 2023First time staying at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean with great views of the gulf. Elevators were quick. Pool was amazing and getting to the beach was just a short walk. Close by great restaurants, nightlife and shopping We will definitely be back!
