Beachfront! Gulf Front Pools-Hot Tub-Fitness-2BR Emerald Isle 202

Overall everything was nice. It is an older building but it was very clean. The kitchen was nice and looked like it was updated recently . We enjoyed the views and direct beach access. My only complaints about the property are as follows:1. PBP sent too many texts with information, I definitely think it could be simplified. 2. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. The master bed was very soft and It seemed to sink in the middle. 3. The televisions in the bedrooms, we could not get to work. This day and age I expected all the rooms to have smart tvs and we could log into our own accounts. The TV in the living area worked and we were finally able to get it on YoutubeTV. We watch a lot on ESPN app but could not on this TV. We watch a lot of sports that are not on regular TV. The TV itself was not user friendly. 4. It was kinda loud. Not people but random noises. They were working on the elevator so maybe that was some of the noise we heard. Despite these minor complaints we enjoyed our stay.

This was a very frustrating property, and our stay was disrupted the entire time. Starting with just getting unloaded and the front doors not opening unless someone from the inside opened the door, even our code did not work. We had to call for assistance due to the internet constantly going down and every time we used the sprayer or the dishwasher, the floor in front of the sink would fill up with floor. The entire under part of the sink was wet and moldy. We called two times to request someone come look at the problem with no return call.The condo had a half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so stop at the store before you check in. Overall, the unit was very aged and not very clean. Would never recommend or stay at this property again.

The condo was dated, the hot tub was non functional during entire visit after reporting multiples times and the interior of the room was in sub par shape

I have stayed at different units at Emerald Isle several times for a month, but this one was the least impressive. First, the outdoor patio table and chairs were in horrible condition with stained cushions and rusted, chipping iron finish and ragged edges on the table that could cut flesh. When I called, the management company said the owner would replace the set, but it was not done while I was there. The stove works but no controls for the top are visible anymore (they have been scrubbed off the panel), so knowing what burner and what temperature you are using is hit-and-miss. The stove top is also broken (cracked). The king bed in the primary bedroom was so uncomfortable, lumpy and soft we chose to sleep mainly on the second bedroom full size which was more firm. Guests had to take the lumpy king. The shower curtain liner in the primary bath is torn and does not do the job. Plastic plants throughout are falling apart, dusty and of no decorative benefit at all. The management company was great and responsive, so renting from them is not an issue, but until this unit is updated I'd suggest another one.

This condo has too many security codes

Felt like home. Clean and comfortable.

Pensacola was awesome. Trolley was great. Condo needed some work. TV in spare room did not work. Sliding door on laundry was broke. Knob on spare bathroom was broke. Needed sime tlc. View was awesome and condo was clean

This property was ok. The aesthetics need updating. Some furniture was falling apart. The closet in master bedroom and closet to washer and dryer are in disarray and have just random items. Looks more like storage than closet space. While we spent our time on the beach and cost of property per day was a bargain the cleanliness of property was not great. There was handprint on mirror above couch and the windows were dirty. The dishwasher was still full of dishes. They seemed clean but not put away. Questioned if anything else was clean. The mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced as you rolled in center when sleeping. The couch bed was not great to sleep in too. Thin mattress not much for comfort.Will not recommend this property.. Also the bigger pool was closed due to the pumps not working.

I’ve rented MANY units on the Gulf Coast throughout the years and the communication from Pensacola Beach Properties was by far the best experience I’ve had. From sending texts with pre-checkin information to sending texts throughout our stay to see if we needed anything..EXCELLENT management company. The unit was spotless and was exactly as pictured. This is a wonderful 2nd floor unit and would book again ANYTIME. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Rental, beautiful views, absolutely nothing bad to say!

On the first day the kitchen sink had no running water. Management fixed it the following day. Our codes to enter building and complex and beach access did not work for our entire stay. Management was very responsive and polite but was unable to get it to work. WE felt as if we could not leave the premises in case we would not be able to get back in. On one occasion when we left to get groceries, the front gate would not open for anyone, and everyone was parked outside making calls to get someone to fix it. We had to carry our groceries in from the gate on via de luna to our complex. The rental company was always available and was a bright spot in our troubles. I would think twice about stay at this facility again

Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed the stay very clean, and close to beach. We loved it.
