Everything was expected. Super clean and loved the balcony. Everything was perfect and suited my family well.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. They thought of EVERYTHING! It was very welcoming and the ONLY thing that I could say that wasn't good was the fact that I couldn't stay longer.

Great place. Love the building. Have stayed in other units before too. Would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your lovely condo. The decor was beautiful along with the views. The owner communicated very well and upon our arrival we found a gift bag of goodies for the beach along with a welcome note.

The condo is perfectly placed with a great view of the pool and the Gulf. It is also conveniently located on the 4th floor for easy stair access, if needed. The condo was super clean, well kept, and had lots of extras that are typically not included with a condo stay. The host was very accommodating and super easy/quick to communicate with. Would 100% stay again!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. The listing is accurate. We would have liked more seating in the living room. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable but my daughter and son in law said bed in other bedroomwasn't comfortable for them.

Great condo. Perfect ocean and pool view. The host supplied every extra needed unlike any other condo we’ve stayed at. Parking was easy. Beds comfortable. Nice appliances, and laundry machines in unit. Can’t top this condo! THANyou for being wonderful hosts!

As advertised, beds are the most comfortable I have experienced, great sunsets. While some might consider the pillar on the balcony a negative, I liked how it blocks the sun throughout the day, you can sit on the balcony at any time and not get blasted by direct sun.

Great place to stay. The condo is located directly on the beach with great views of the gulf. The condo has everything needed for a great vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated. We took our two pups and they had a great time people watching from the balcony as the swimming pool was directly below us. The host did a great job of giving us the necessary information for an easy check-in. Plenty of parking at the Grand Panama. Plenty of grassy areas for walking the pups. Several pet stations near the grassy areas for disposal of pet waste. Will stay again at this same condo the next time we are in Panama City Beach.

This was hands down one of the best condos we have rented at PCB in all of the years we have been vacationing there. The host was more than helpful during the booking process, getting the dogs registered with the condo complex, getting checked in, etc. The cleanliness of the condo exceeded all expectations, especially with this being a pet friendly unit. I look forward to making this a yearly tradition. Thank you William and family for the hospitality and I will be recommending this condo to any friends/family that may be looking for the perfect spot to vacation.

This unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The location of this unit has an enjoyable view of the pool and ocean. Unit was more than adequately stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities and extras. Having all the nice treats upon arrival was nice after the long drive. Owner was communicative and quickly and efficiently answered. There is a child's pool, a large pool, and a jacuzzi. There are also grills for cooking. I highly recommend this unit and definitely will be staying here again!

The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The owner went above and beyond to ensure the condo was perfect. He was great with communication. Check in was easy, the pool was perfect the beach was beautiful. I hope to stay in unit 404 again next year. Thanks for everything.

The parking was a little tricky but once we figured out there were unloading and loading spaces at both buildings we were set. By far the cleanest place we have stayed in Panama. The facilities and employees are great. The host was attentive and quickly addressed any issues we may have had or questions needing answered . 5 out of 5

I have to say these owners are top notch. Very prompt and responsive to questions. Also, it was really nice to have some goodies waiting on the kitchen counter for us. After an 8 hour drive from Nashville it definitely hit the spot. This condo has been recently renovated, and it shows. It's beautifully decorated. You can tell some one actually put some effort into what went in to the condo. It all flows together wonderfully. The furniture is brand new, and the couch and recliner are super comfy. The only thing missing from the kitchen is a frozen margarita mixer. The condo is very spacious. There were 5 of us and it didn't feel like we were ever on top of each other. There is plenty of room to move around in. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, I wish I could have brought it home with me. The kids loved the bunks. The cool thing was each bunk had it's own smart tv. No fighting over who watches what! That was a nice plus. Everyone says their view of the ocean is amazing. What makes this 4th floor view so exceptional is that you are just above the palm trees. So you get to look out and over everything without being super high up. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony with an amazing view of the ocean and be able to look down and actually see people that look like people. When we come back to PCB we will definitely be renting this condo again.
