Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THere were four of us and we really enjoyed out time there. I think our favorite part was the golf cart and where all we could go. We discovered some great places we never would have if not for the where the gold cart could go. THe only thing we were a little disappointed in was the cart would not go very fast and there were no blinkers and the lights were dim.

Beds were very comfortable and even the sheets were soft enough we never used the ones we brought. Great view of beach and large balcony. Chairs, sand toys, and boogie board in closet made for lots of fun. Communications were very professional and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

Both properties were in excellent condition, and the only issue we had was the TV in the bedroom was not working. Within. 24 hours they had someone onsite to fix it. I highly recommend Beachside One and using My Vacation Haven for your next family vacation.

This condo had amazing views from the 10th floor. An added benefit was the second uncovered balcony. It was much larger in size, and gave us great views of the stars at night. The condo was clean and updated, and fit our family perfectly. Also, the included golf cart was great for running over to Baytowne Wharf and to restaurants nearby!

Perfect area, very safe, clean. Very comfortable beds, and managing company called to check in and make sure everything was going well. The 2 balconies were perfect.

Unit was immaculate and freshly updated with coastal colors, decor and new hardwood flooring. A spacious well stocked kitchen included everything necessary for your stay. Both bedrooms were large with comfortable king beds, generous closet/storage space and awesome blackout curtains. Taking this unit over-the-top are the two balconies!!! Watched many beautiful sunsets; the 10th floor views are spectacular. Golf cart ran well with a lot of zip. Owner provides some beach chairs and umbrellas, if needed. Nothing but positive comments from this happy guest! Already looking forward to next year. MVH was great to work with.
