Beachfront Fourth-Floor Condo w/ Community Pool!

Upon arrival could not get into condo. Owner did not respond to text or call. There was 1/4 role of TP, no paper towels, 1/4” dish soap, no sponge, dish towel. The blinds were partially on the floor, no balcony chairs or table. Screen door broken. Bulbs out in kitchen and hallway sink. Overall the condo was not welcoming to guests. Condo needs TLC and some repairs.

The location is good but this condo needs repairs and some TLC. It was disappointing at best.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Regency this past week. Although the condo could use a few small upgrades overall it was a wonderful week’s stay. The location cannot be beat! We were literally located across from a lovely smaller beach and it was a pleasure getting back-and-forth. All the necessities one needs were available for use. I highly recommend enjoying a stay at this lovely condominium.

This was actually one of the nicest vacations we've had in a long time. We've come to Wildwood for over 30 years but have always stayed on the bay side because we fish a lot. I never had any strong desire to be at the beach until we stayed at this property. I was down at the beach every morning with my coffee for the sunrise and walks on the beach. Enjoyed some time in the ocean and watched the Friday night fireworks directly from the beach. You can't see the sunrise from the balcony but the benefit of that is you don't have that direct sun blasting you all morning plus it forces you out of the condo down onto the beach! What a great way to start your day. The layout of the condo was very nice and it was stocked with all of the kitchen essentials that you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

I hate not giving this a complete 5-star rating but there definitely are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.Negatives: Blankets hung over sliding doors for curtains; dangerously rusty and filthy table and chairs (one of which broke when my husband sat on it); dirty sliding glass doors and food left in the refrigerator; sliding screen broken from track; handles on sliding doors are installed backwards so it's hard to lock and unlock the doorPositives: We adjusted to all of the negatives because the space was absolutely perfect! It is well stocked and spacious. Besides the table and sliding glass door dirt and the oversight on the food in the refrigerator, the rest of the place was quite clean. We would certainly stay here again and just hope the items we mentioned are fixed
