The bed has to be 50Years old and creaked real loud every time you moved on it. Not very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed a heavy mildew smell, looking around we found there to be poorly kept vents and the place really needs updating. There was a constant smell in the bathroom either from the floor around the toilet or in the drains. Not pleasant at all. The beach in front is a party spot on the weekends and not very family friendly. You would need to save a spot around 6:00-7:00am. The jacuzzi was closed and the pool was either closed for maintenance or packed with people throughout our stay.

Beautiful location to enjoy the beach with family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo on Padre Island. You can’t beat the location—right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the sand. The condo was clean and comfortable, and we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub, both of which were well-maintained. It was a great spot at a great price. Would definitely stay here again!

There was nothing comfortable in unit. Bed, chairs and couch need thrown to the curb. The one towel and one wash cloth for four days is unacceptable.

Coffee pot needs replacing, couch is horrible. All te common areas are fantastic, very well maintained, staff helpful and friendly. It's just this room wioll take my back weeks to recover from.
