Other than a few minor things, the condo is great. Didn't need a car since the trolley and tram ran consistently throughout the day. Amazing location, very spacious rooms, beautiful views of the gulf and sunset!!

The location was great and the family really enjoyed it.

Rooms are as pictured. Beautiful views and location. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Overall clean, but things like kitchen chair cushions were well used and not a surface that could be easily cleaned. Kitchen is a bit sparse on supplies. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

We loved this place and look forward to staying here gain in the future. Everything in the ads are accurate and described to perfection . Loved the view and easy access to the beach. Thank you.

This was just a short stay for us to see how the island was recovering from Ian. A lot of signs of the pain everyone went through but we'll on their way to a full recovery. Plenty of restaurant choices. The property was as described, very clean, check in and check out was a breeze. Basic iTrip starter provisions were all we needed. The beach chairs were a little rusty but in good working order. No umbrella, which is really needed in Florida in July. If we had been there longer we would have just bought one. Can't wait to come back everything is only going to get better.

Large size condo with 2 full bedrooms and very nice living room area. Lovely screened in porch. Beautiful view of gulf. End unit with lots of windows. Comfortable king bed! Nice kitchen. Need to bring coffee for regular coffee pot! Beach towels and chairs provided which was especially nice! Would stay again!! Walmart for groceries located near other side of bridge ,

Overall, the vacation spot was nice however we did run into a few snags. Upon arrival, we were halfway moved into the condo when the battery on the door lock gave out so we were locked out for several hours and had a hard time getting a hold of someone. eventually a locksmith came and let us in and we didn’t have problems after that with the door. When we told them the coffee maker was broken, they had a new one for us within hours. The dryer was also broken, which was unfortunate being on the beach and pool most days with young kids. WiFi was very spotty which made our baby monitors not work. The only other issue we had was that the room is right next to a large hotel with a very loud pool and waterfall so it was hard to hear the ocean waves, but the view was fantastic and the place was clean. I think most of our issues were one-offs.

The kitchen could use some additional cooking utensils. I wish they supplied umbrellas for the beach, otherwise I was very satisfied.

The location was great and it was fantastic to have a key code to get in to the condo instead of keeping track of a key. We did our best to keep the condo as sand-less as possible. But having a few more rugs around would have helped from tracking sand all around the condo. Unfortunately the vacuum wasn’t able to stay plugged in so sweeping was our best option to keep things clean. Having more silverware and having a working fan in the guest bath would also be good. As well as the larger coffee pot didn’t have a tray for the filter so it really wasn’t a functioning appliance. One other thing that was rather odd were the multiple circles on both the mirrors that could not be cleaned off. Otherwise everything else made our stay at Fort Myers comfortable. Thanks for sharing the space with us.

This was a perfect get away. You are steps from the beach, pool was heated, and agency was very good to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice, comfortable mattresses- that is important to Seniors! The beach was beautiful and the surrounding activity very entertaining. We will definitely return next year.

The unit was very clean and easy to check in/out. It’s on the north end of Fort Myers Beach which is very quiet right now because most of the condos and houses still haven been rebuilt after the hurricane. Trivial but still worth noting, the coffee maker needs replacing.

Location of the property was excellent for watching sunsets. The property was clean and provided everything to make our stay comfortable.

Another great trip in the books. The reason we keep returning to Estero Island Beach Villas: gorgeous private beaches close to food and shops. The area is still recovering from the hurricane, but there is still plenty to do. My mother hadn't been to the beach since the 1990s, and she said she couldn't have asked for a better stay. Right on the beach, so very little walking which is very helpful for older and younger people alike. The complex has a private pool which is also a huge plus. We would highly recommend this stay for anyone.

The location is perfect! Waking up on the beach and being so close to restaurants was perfect!

I loved the property very clean great views easy access to the beach. Great location. Only complaint was the king size bed was too bouncy and squeaky, but other than that it was amazing.

Condo was very clean. Went in June but wasn't very busy, so it was quite and relaxing.
