Wonderful place. Quiet, not crowded or loud. Family friendly and close to lots of places to eat, which is nice because you have to pay to park everywhere. Check in and check out was seamless, could text with any questions and would get a fast response! We will be back!

We came to Deerfield beach to celebrate both of our girls birthdays and to move our oldest into FAU. The property was gorgeous and had amazing views. The sunrises were fantastic. We enjoyed the beach the waves and the views. We were even lucky enough to see a massive sea turtle (at least 4 feet) during our nightly beach walk and crab chases.

I highly recommend this condo for a vacation rental! It offers everything you need and more. The views are amazing and you have two large balconies to enjoy the views. The location is great with great restaurants and bars just a short walk away and you feel very safe walking back even late at night. The owner is very responsive and accommodating which is greatly appreciated. I definitely would rent this condo again!!

The view is spectacular! first time in Deerfield for us and might not be a great fit but if you like the area, this rental is perfect. Deb was great and easy to communicate with. Only minus would be the noise. Bus stop near the bedrooms, noisy cars and in the middle of the action.

Perfect location right on deerfield beech. Host is very responsive, and helpful. It’s great to have gated parking included so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. walking distance to great restaurants and bars. very spacious living room. Pool is heated. Owners/regulars that were on property were very friendly and welcoming. We got a lot of use of the double balconies in the morning with coffe and at night with some wine.

If you are looking for an ideal location with such beautiful morning sunrises then look no further! Can't get any closer to the beach and only steps away from all the restaurants.

The view was beautiful in this condo. The problem was the amenities and the poor communication with the host. - The elevator was out of service and we were not notified even though it had occurred 14 days before our arrival. My 90 yr old mother was vacationing with us. Once we got her up the 4 flights of stairs with her walker, she did not want to leave the condo for the entire 5 days we were there. If we had been notified about the elevator, we could have made other arrangements for my mother. - The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We had to take our clothes to a pay laundry on the second floor. - The second bedroom TV never worked. - The host was reluctant to give us a second controller for the gate, as stated in the property description. - One of the pop up plugs on the kitchen counter was broken. We originally planned on booking this property again. Now, we will look for something else.

Great oceanfront property.

My husband and 21-year old son spent a glorious week at this fabulous condo. Upon walking in for the first time, our breath was taken away by the stunning view of the ocean and palm trees. The condo was well-stocked - had everything we needed for the beach, kitchen, etc. The beds were super comfy, the laundry room so useful, and the double balcony was an added bonus. The location cannot be beat. We walked to every restaurant, which saved us the cost and headache of valet parking. The location to the beach? Couldn't be closer unless it was ON the beach. We loved the fact that there were no keys to keep track of. Just memorizing a couple of codes was so convenient! Deb was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice property, well appointed for a beach vacation. The owner had everything necessary for a day on the beach and a restful, relaxing, vacation experience. The property, pool and grounds are very clean and well maintained. The beach is right across the street, lots of places to eat within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

The location was everything for us! Nice wide variety of restaurants and bars, some with live music and all walkable from the condo. Great views of all the activity on the beach from either balcony, not to mention epic sunrise viewing every day. This condo has a lot of miles on it but was still a clean and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again.
