THE SPACE



The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly toward the screened balcony and its western Gulf view — a layout designed to keep the water in sight from every angle of the main living space. The living area features a flat screen Roku TV with cable and dining for 6, with the updated kitchen offering full-size appliances, a 2-barstool island, and all cooking, dining, and serving ware included.



The screened balcony is a genuine standout — a reclining lounge, a dining table for 4, and a front-row view of the beach and Gulf that's as good at sunrise as it is spectacular at sunset. First floor means you're close to the action, with easy beach access just steps away.



The master bedroom is a serene, Gulf-facing retreat — a king-size bed, a flat screen Roku TV with cable, and a sliding door opening directly to the screened balcony, so the sound and sight of the Gulf are right there when you wake up. The ensuite bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower.



The split floor plan places the guest bedroom at the front of the condo, creating genuine privacy between the two sleeping spaces — ideal for families or two couples traveling together. The guest bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and a TV with cable. The guest bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower combination.

Estero Island Beach Villas sits at the north end of Estero Island, directly on the Gulf — one of the most sought-after stretches of Fort Myers Beach. Immediately to the north is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park, a 17-acre preserve at the tip of the island with walking trails, bay and Gulf frontage, picnic areas, birding, and panoramic Estero Bay views — designated as a Great Florida Birding Trail site.



Times Square and the Fort Myers Beach Pier are a short stroll to the south — the island's social hub for dining, entertainment, happy hours, and people-watching. The Beach Trolley runs along the island when in service, connecting you to family amusements, fishing charters, sunset cruises, day ferry excursions to Key West, and more.



Drive south off the island for Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Head north for the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Inland, the revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers offers exceptional dining, nightlife, the Edison and Ford Estates, Caloosahatchee River boating, and MLB Spring Training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.



A saltwater fishing license is required to fish from shore (no fee for Florida residents).
