☀️Beachfront-Corner Unit-Pool-Balcony-Palazzo 408☀️

We really needed this getaway. The whole process was great from start to finish. The condo was gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again

This was the perfect location for us! The beach was not extremely crowded as we noticed other areas were. The two complimentary beach chairs were great. Very nice place with the perfect amount of room for our family. The fireworks were wonderful! We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We were pretty lucky to have the pool to ourselves for most of the week. And the beach seemed pretty empty in our area. But when it got too roudy at the end of the week, security was right around the corner doing their rounds and keeping everyone under control. Our room was amazing. We have been to PCB many of times and have yet found a condo as nice as this one. We have agreed that if we can't get 408, we don't want to come back.That won't stop us from coming back but we just enjoyed the location of this condo and the corner deck.

Location was great, the building was in great condition and the unit was beautifully decorated and very clean!!!

I booked this condo for a short Fall Break getaway for my family of 7. The condo listing boasts a wrap around balcony as the main selling point of this listing. I chose this condo as it looked updated, had room for my family, and was beach front with a beautiful view. When we came into the condo, I noticed all of the balcony furniture was INSIDE the condo taking up the vast majority of the living room. I thought that was odd but wondered if it had been moved in due to the storm we were currently having. Upon further review of the condo, I noticed there was a wooden stick blocking access to the balcony. Weird…. My kids went down to check out the facilities and came back upstairs to inform me that the POOL AND HOT TUB WERE CLOSED. I did my own research and found another listing on VRBO for another condo at Palazzo managed by another a different company. Guess what….the entire building was being painted which means POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED AND YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR BALCONY!!!!! This was NOT reflected on the listing I booked!!! I immediately contacted RealJoy to find out what was going on. I will say the women I spoke to via phone and text were very courteous and apologetic. They offered me a 20% discount and a gift basket. HA! No thanks. They told me they would make it right once I checked out (yes I have pics and everything documented). Guess what, radio silence since we checked out. I will be pursuing action against this company. Thanks for ruining our trip!!!!!!!!

The property is very nice even though we hit it during some renovations. We will definitely stay there again.

Good time at a great condo and beautiful room. Sunsets are great from large balcony. Bedrooms are all spacious with enough privacy f49m other rooms. Bathrooms, kitchen and furniture all nice and up to par.Only downfall was the 20$ a day beach chair rental which was not budgeted for and thought came with room. Would stay again next week if i could though.

The only thing that would have made it better would ne a beach access ramp

We were very satisfied with this condo. The unit was large enough for our group of six to be comfortable and we really enjoyed the large balcony. Extra points for the large sectional in the living room, which provided ample room for everyone in our group to comfortably lounge together. Also enjoyed the location providing easy access to a Winn Dixie and CVS. We take a beach vacation every year and this is our favorite condo so far.
