Beachfront corner condo with balcony, views, pools, game room, gym & sauna

We loved the 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are good and even include a fixed shower seat. It's close to the elevator.

Great place for family fun.

The condo was perfect for my family. The beds were very comfortable.. the water pressure was wonderful! It was clean and ready for us. Clean up was easy they left everything we needed to put the bed and towels in..

We had an amazing stay. The condo was perfect for my family of four plus my mother in law. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful as well. We will def book again next year. Thank you for everything

The view was beautiful ! The condo it’s self was nice and everything was so convent with ocean and pool right there

The check in process was a little weird. Apparently I was supposed to get another text the day of check in that I never got but the guys at the security office helped us. It just took a few minutes longer than it would have otherwise. No big deal. The condo was nice. The pillows were as flat as pancakes and the beds were hard as rocks, except the twin beds. They were softer and very very high. I don’t know that I would recommend them for small children. Those were minor issues, though. The views were amazing and the amenities were really nice! That’s more important to us anyway. I would stay here again!

Stayed at Sea Watch with a handful of people and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless, and the view was incredible. We had instructions written out for us for when we were about to leave, as linens/towels were included, but we had to strip everything down before we left. I love that you have your own place during the time of your stay, and there isn’t anyone bothering you. It really is like having your own apartment. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is due to there not being enough toilet paper between four people (lol) as there were only one and a half roles left out. Otherwise, no complaints and can def see myself coming back!

We have stayed at the Sea Watch for many, many years. Some units we have rented a time or two, others a few times. After a few times, we have always been ready to move on. This unit, however, is one we could return to again and again. The owners have thought of everything. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. The place is absolutely immaculate and beautifully updated. The master shower even had awesome water pressure! The furniture is all comfortable, and the dining table seats up to six. Owners have provided a Keurig, blow dryer, and updated appliances. Since we read reviews in advance of our stay, we brought our foam mattress topper from home, otherwise the bed being a bit hard would have been our only complaint. Lovely unit. Best building in all of OC. Our family hopes to stay here again.
