Stayed Aug 21, 2023The place is clean and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect and right on the beach. It’s on the third floor so the first day was a bit rough of carrying things up the stairs but if you like a good workout, that shouldn’t stop you. The stairs didn’t bother us the rest of the trip… and we had 4 kids under 7. There are plenty seats outside on the balcony which we all enjoyed… very nice touch. The pool on property is small but perfect for our needs. Also loved that the pool is only 4ft deep bc watching the kids was a lot less stressful. Also all the neighbors who seem to all own their properties were super friendly and helpful… felt at home. The only weird thing was that I was expecting to check out at 11am which was stated on the Vrbo site but I got a message from John the day before check out that it was 10am. I replied back that the website says 11am, he never replied until the next day saying that it’s in the binder when we checked in and he needs us out by 10am. Either way, we did end up checking out before 10am but was caught of guard. I just suggest updating the Vrbo site. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Stayed Jul 2, 2023If you’re ok with climbing the two flights of stairs (we knew in advance) then this little condo is perfect. It is clean, tastefully decorated and has a great location. Communication with the owner was easy and he even allowed for an early check-in which was a super plus. We were there on July 4th and fireworks viewing was perfect. Many neighbors and people from surrounding condos came to the beach location on our block to view and pay tribute to America. Great to see this congeniality at the shore.?? Thank you John for sharing your cozy comfortable shore spot.
