Beachfront Condo with Spectacular View

Everything was great—condo amenities, bedding, view, owner responsiveness, quiet, clean.

Beautiful property. Beach was down the stairs and the sound of the ocean fills the air.

Beautiful place! It felt like our own home on the beach!

Host was very attentive and accommodating. The house was cozy for the family and there nothing like walking out the front door straight down your private walk to the beach. We'll be back.

Beautiful location and most everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat. For those looking for ADA info, it is only 1 set of stairs, not 3 as you would assume for a 3rd floor, but the treds are a bit rounded. Also, the step out of both the tub and shower is a BIG step down without grab bars. Many of the pillows are down feather for those who care. Sally was wonderful about ensuring that the place was clear of strong chemicals before we arrived. Thanks, Sally

Frequent renter (rated as 5.0 renter) at Shorebirds and Pelican Point for 20 years. This unit has a decent sunset location, but you'll need to stand in the front corner of the balcony to see it outside during the winter. You'll need to carry your bags up from the 2nd floor to the 3rd as well. The master bed is quite comfortable. Beach access is excellent.BE PREPARED - The carpet is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a rental - it's light colored with dozens of large black stains.The unit badly lacks cooking hardware and software. No measuring cup(s), no grater, no spices other than s&p, size and lid challenged pots and pans, no baking hardware of any kind, no foil, no baggies, no plastic wrap, no napkins, no plastic storage containers, and worst of all --SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER and really cheap paper towels. This unit does not offer Spectrum Cable - which many units at Pajaro use. You need to have your Streaming game to enjoy either tv. There are no USB Ports or power strips accessible anywhere, including the bedroom. Also, be careful arount the curtain/rod in the bedroom - it fell on my head. It was screwed about one thread past the drywall. I bought screws/screwdriver to fix it above the door handle to the left, didnt want to mess with the funky solution they screwed into the right side. Also, the towel bar holders in each bathroom are installed wrong and fall to the ground.Many units in this price range have much better amenities and cleanliness.

Everything was wonderful. One of the queen sized beds could really use a new mattress.

The ocean view from the living room was spectacular! It was so quiet and peaceful.

Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the beach or stay inside and take in the view. The host was very responsive to any questions. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great and Sally provided a lot of the amenities that we needed for the beach! We were even able to have a bonfire with the fit pit provided!

The only negative was that there was no response to me from the host. I had trouble connecting my computer to the wifi. The password given in the instructions was different from what was noted on the router. I tried all combinations with no luck. I emailed the host to confirm the password and network name with no response. I had to use my phone as my hot spot causing me data costs. no good concerning the cost. I won't use or suggest this location.

There to celebrate mom’s 90th birthday. The stairs were hard for her to walk up, but that was part of the description. Also the shower was hard for her to get in and out of. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great view & lovely decor

Loved the location and view of this property. We had rented this condo a couple of years ago for a family reunion with family from Missouri. So when family from Texas wanted to do a reunion, we decided to rent the same spot. You could literally watch the sunset from the living room if you wanted to- but we preferred to experience it from the beach. Our family was amazed when they walked in and saw the view from the living room window. The unit was well furnished and we felt right at home for our stay. We prefer to do most meals at the condo- but did also experience some of the local restaurants during our stay- as well, which were wonderful, as well.

I think this home should be advertised for couples. The primary bedroom is the only one worth the price. The back bedroom was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, can’t see or hear the ocean and the mattresses were covered in plastic. Maybe ok for kids.

Great time

This was a perfect relaxing getaway. A beautiful view of the ocean from the living room windows.Open the balcony door and listen to the ocean waves! So relaxing!

Great views, clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding. All communication done through email and the VRBO app. Lots of beach gear and toys available. An absolute gem!

Sally's condo is clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay

A great place for a relaxing family vacation. The unit was clean, well maintained and had amenities and a great view. The owners kept a lot of beach supplies on hand making it easy to maximize our time at the beach. They had a great supply of dishware and other kitchen supplies making it easy to eat at home.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location on the beach with outstanding views. Also was easy to go into town and grab food. Interacted with the host and she was quick to respond with the information I needed. Thank you!
