Beachfront Condo with Rare 40-Foot Balcony

Beautiful condo. You can tell that the condo owners care about their product they are providing for vacationers. Lots of little items that help with your stay ie. a note on the door to tell Alexa that you're leaving so it will turn off all the lights for you. Would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 5 times and each time we say never again but we go back hoping for better but once again no such luck. The room was better but we are not a fan of smart home. The hot tubs once again did not work. The jets did not work on one and the other one was not hot. The kids were running wild without any supervision from parents or security guard who is supposed to enforce rules. The adults were not any better. No need to post pool rules no one follows them...except us. That being said being at PCB is always wonderful.

Very clean and had everything you could need on your vacation. The kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil and cookware you could need. Gulf Crest had fun activities daily for the children by the pool, along with a pool movie night! Easy beach access. Plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be back for our next family vacation. Highly recommend.

The resort is perfect, immaculately kept and a completely relaxing vacation. The staff is second to none. Our condo is was recently completely rented from wall to wall. The bathrooms were fabulous. The Alexa’s in each room were genius. Only one issue were the new Roku TV’s had not been set up with the FDTV. No problem with the office giving us the direct number to Firedog TV and they walked us through the set up. But was not able to in the living room because the Roku account there had not been activated. I used my Roku account from home then logged off when we checked out. No problem. Will definitely rent this condo again.
