Stayed Oct 4, 2025Peggy and her family are AMAZING hosts! The unit was well kept, clean and very comfortable. It’s a first floor unit with stairs to the boardwalk beach entrance that is only steps away. The pool is also only a few steps away. You can hear the waves crashing and even though you’re lower in the building, you can still see the beach/ocean and the fantastic sunsets. The unit was clean and neat. Lots of kitchen utensils, small appliances, and beach gear. The cabana below the unit is just for the use of guests and has so many items. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and so much more. The lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset and hearing the ocean…and even when it rained it was covered and you could enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable as well. Highly recommend Peggy as a host. Excellent communication and so helpful throughout the stay. We will be back again!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay! The front stairs directly into the condo made going back and forth from the beach and pool easy. I would have like a little more privacy with the front door. Our son slept on the Murphy bed so the second solid door to the condo was often open and the actual front door to the condo did not provide much privacy as it was glass. When you enter the condo, the Murphy bed room is directly to the left, then you pass through the second door which is solid, into the rest of the condo. Guests coming from the parking structure use the stairs right outside your door to access the walkway to the elevators so I had been caught a few times in the living room by guests coming up the steps. Other than that, the condo was fantastic as were the hosts!
