Beachfront condo with pool & hot tub, near Pier Park

The condo was very clean and nice. The TV remotes were missing batteries and light bulbs were missing in a couple lamps. Just FYI.

Great condo, with a great view. However, I do wish they would include beach chair service with the rental (I did know that this wasn’t include service from the beginning, but just realized how important it really is, instead of having to purchase them daily). I typically only rent condos that do provide the beach service. I think that may be the only reason for us not renting this condo again,Overall, the management team was easy to get in contact and very accommodating throughout our week stay.

The property was amazing from parking, pool, beach and view.

The location is perfect. West PCB, 9th floor and an end unit. The balcony was amazing with 3-4 different seating choices with incredible views. The flooring/carpet on the balcony needs replaced badly. The biggest down side was the kitchen was barebones and basic. Only 4 plates, and cookware selection was very minimal. The couches were very comfy with a great TV. The kitchen floor wasn’t clean. Overall it was exactly as described and we had a fantastic week!

I've stayed at Tropic Winds before so I knew exactly what to look forward to. Great end unit with nice front and side water views. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but that is not a big deal to me. I'm not picky. I love waking up looking over the Gulf through the large sliding patio doors. Another bonus is you get 2 parking spots and those spots are both close to the elevator. Other condos I've stayed in, you have to park across the street and walk over. This is so much more convenient. I've already booked my stay next year in this same condo and I can't wait!

Vacasa was very responsive on a few minor issues we had with the unit. The biggest positive was the wide variety of balcony furniture.The biggest negative was the very noisy, low end dishwasher.

The condo was very nice. It was clean except for being some sand in the bed sheets. That was the only thing that i found offputting. Very spacious and the balcony was perfect. The view was amazing. A quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay again.

Great place for a quiet getaway! The balcony was superb! Great view - high enough for privacy, but could hear the ocean!

We had an enjoyable stay. I appreciated the ability to have two parking spaces. I never stayed in a condominium type of high-rise, before. It was, initially, a little confusing, as I did not have my email on my cell phone and I left home, prior to being emailed the codes for the stay. Fortunately, we located a handyman, at the property, who was able to direct us and aid us. I was expecting an office and there was none, at the property. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Very spacious and clean. The most amazing view. Love the pool and hot tub location with the beach view. My only complaint is parking. Parking is extremely tight.

Location if fabulous. Condo could use a little TLC and more info would have been nice. We assumed there would be beach towels in the unit but there wasn’t. We were not told beach chair rentals were available for $50.00 per day. I don’t that is a bit steep
