Beachfront Condo with Dazzling Views, Private Balcony, and Gulf Front Pool!

We love Emerald Isle. Two pools (one that is heated), large hot tub, and the shortest boardwalk I’ve ever seen (also no stairs!) all make this a perfect spot for families. Really liked this unit as well. Lots of storage and comfortable furniture. 4th floor was also nice if you don’t want to wait on the elevator but still has a great view.

Great experience

Initially I was very impressed with the ease of check-in. The unit looked like the photos. Overall clean. I was happy. After I unpacked and unloaded our things I smelled cigarette smoke. I messaged with the property management verifying it was a smoke free condo. I let it go until a little while after we came back from the beach and the whole unit smelled like weed. So strong it made by stomach hurt. I again messaged property management to figure out what was going on. They sent someone to inspect the unit. I was later told the smell was coming from the above unit through the vent. I was told basically there was nothing they could do. I shut off access to master bath and bedroom for the duration of the trip because that’s where smell was worst. So we had to sleep on twin beds. I requested some type of partial refund but haven’t heard back yet. I had also asked to be moved to another unit but they never responded to that inquiry. Overall the unit was clean and looked like the pictures but I personally didn’t pay top dollar to smell weed the entire trip. We visit Pensacola at least 2x a year but I will not be back here.

My friends and I were so pleased with this condo. It was very clean and the building has great security. The beach view and access couldn't be beat. The hot tub and pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 5th time at Emerald Isle and first in this particular Unit. We chose this one for the twin beds for our older kids. My only complaint with the condo was that there were only 2 coffee mugs. We ended up purchasing coffee cups for our family while we were there. The unit was clean upon arrival and we did not have any trouble with any of the appliances or anything else. All in all I would recommend this Unit especially if you have younger kids.

We stayed with our two children to attend our nieces wedding. Accommodations were just perfect for us! The twin beds meant each of the my children would sleep without bothering the other. Great views of the beach and easy beach access!

Always enjoy Pensacola!

The title says it all. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the gulf and also the bay on the backside. The location was within 1 mile walking distance to every restaurant/bar and local shop we wanted to visit, and there was a free trolley available during peak season. Best beach vacation in years!

Amazing views and amenities!

Great location. We were able to walk to most of the restaurants. Very clean condo and beautifully decorated.
