Beachfront condo with beach access, 4 pools, 4 hot tubs, sauna, W/D

We enjoyed our visit. The room is dated and needs updating however it was very roomy, comfy. My family and I will definitely book next month here as well.

Paid for late checkout so grandchildren could use the pools and lazy river only to find out it had been closed down in preparation for a storm that wasn't even coming! I would like a refund on the fee that was charged for like checkout if possible!!

The Condo was not clean when we arrived. The washing machine was broken.

Stay away!!!! Cockroach!!!!!I have never complained in the 50 reviews that my wife and I have done. Before I start the staff and the location is great. Great for kids but book straight with them not the property management company that rents through VRBO. I already wrote a review on Vacasa describing the disaster. Just stay away. Cockroach room, filthy, nothing works.

The location is excellent. The amenities were good. Nice pools and lazy river.Easy beach access. Beautiful view. Fun games at the pool for kids of all ages. Nice Tiki bar with music. The condo was very comfortable for our 6. Well furnished with appliances. Plenty of extra blankets. No complaints at all. Vacant personally checked on us several times.

Pretty unit. Nice pool area. However , unless you want to vacation with roaches , you’ll want to stay elsewhere. We notified management on the first day and they sent out someone to spray but that did not solve the issue. If you enjoy seeing roaches in the dish cabinets scurry each time you open them, move the appliances on the kitchen counter , or in your bathrooms , this is the perfect place for you. We stayed the week on our once a year family vacation here and it was a waste of money. Tips : we stored ALL food in the fridge ; kept lights on 24/7 with the kitchen cabinet doors open, took the trash out each night and used roach spray / disinfectant wipes frequently. Try to leave clothes in your suitcase and do not put suitcases on floor Floor was sticky and the W/D unit is not available to use Also read the fine print. The gym is not available to renters The last items are no big deal but the roach issue is .Will not be returning. Pics are of some of the daily kill of the early morning roaches on the counter . Overall a great place to stay! The only problem we had was the there some cockroaches in our room! Property managers were notified !

Property was nice and had the best patio furniture in the building. The kitchen was small but functional and it had the amenities we were looking for.

We were 3 golfers over to play for a few days. Overall the condo was nice. Great location and easy access. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The cleaning crew could have Done a little better job as our hallway floor was sticky and when we took some wet paper towels to get rid of the stick, the towels were really black. Some details were lacking like the soap and shampoo dispensers in the master bedroom were empty and some hair around the tub. Every place I guess has some kind of issues but ai would recommend the condo.

Nice apartment. It was overall very clean however we did encounter roaches. Several. Mainly in the wet areas of the house like the kitchen and bathroom tub.

Loved the ocean front location. Comfortable beds, hot water, resort has great amenities! Washing machine does not work properly. Toilet in master needs a new flapper so it is constantly running. Unit does not have any pantry staples such as salt, pepper, vegetable oil. Also, could not start dishwasher due to no dishwashing pods. Long walk from elevator to room when using lobby elevator so room is not suggested if someone in your party cannot walk to well.

Overall we had a great time and I think the property and amenities were as advertised!

Furniture was alright, however not worth the price, very old unit and the nightmare was the front door. It took us like 20 minutes every time to try to open the door with the key since door code didn’t work .. roaches in the bathroom by the pool .. Flat and uncomfortable pillows, toilet water runs constantly in the master .. door lock is not working not code .. door knob in the master was broken, tv in the master was on but maybe remote was not working so we couldn’t use it.

We enjoyed staying at Forever Summer at the Shore! Everything was clean and very comfortable. The children enjoyed all of the pools and hot tubs, especially on the days there was a DJ out on the deck to entertain all ages. We will stay here again!

We did not stay here. The listing did disclose that the roof was being repaired. But when we got there,there was a safety notice taped to the door talking about structural damage and engineers were involved. Roof repair and structural issues are two different things. We have contacted vacasa and vrbo and have been told by vacasa they won't refund because they disclosed it (no they only disclosed roof repair) and vrbo claimed they were sending my complaint up the chain but I have heard nothing. Thankfully I had marriott points so we managed to resuce our vacation but we almost turned around and went home.

The property is wonderful and located close to all amenities. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.
