Beachfront condo with amazing views! 6-Seater Golf Cart included! 4075 BS1

Location was wonderful, room was clean, with everything we needed. Did see 4-5 roaches in master bed and bathroom.

Location and view were amazing. We love Beachside One. Unit showing wear and tear and needs updating but was clean and came with a golf cart.

There was so much to explore! We had a blast on the golf cart and my kiddos loved riding the golf cart to Baytown Wharf. Such a fun spot! This condo is definitely the least crowded, compared to all the others in the area. We had plenty of room on the beach! The property management company was very responsive when some minor issues occurred and they took care of them, ASAP! The condo shows some wear and tear but it was very clean!! I might suggest adding some hangers in the closets and maybe some Tupperware too. Overall, great stay! Can’t wait to be back!

The only thing I would suggest would be a new toilet seat for the master bath and the register in the main area was away from the wall.

All of this information for check in and departure was very seamless and easy to follow. We have a brief outage with our keyless entry to the condo but as always, our agent was spot on and quickly resolved the issue. The facility was immaculate and the staff was was friendly and courteous. The only one very noticeable issue was the couches and bedding are in need of an upgrade. Clean but extremely springy and hard to get comfortable on. My family plans on returning next year and we can’t wait to get back. Kind regards Timothy Morvant
