Beachfront condo w spacious layout, swim-through outdoor indoor pool & hot tub

The condo was clean and very well furnished. It was very well situated on the beach with a beautiful view.

Rooms were clean. Balcony and beach view were great. However, there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms when we arrived. I callled property manager but had to call two more times the next day before they were delivered. Sink in the master bath did not drain well at all. Had to call twice before someone came to fix it.Other than that everything else was ok.

I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful gulf view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to fix meals. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony. I would definitely come here again if I’m ever in the Gulf Coast area.

Our check-in process was smooth but we no more checked in and had a stopped up toliet in our master bathroom. I contacted customer service immediately. They told me someone would be in contact the next day, well Sunday cane and went. I contacted them again. They stated that no one from their local maintenance team had reached out. No plumber showed up til THURSDAY morning to fix our master suite toliet. So for 5 people, my grandma who is 88 and handicap it was not fun. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning our fire alarm started going off. Customer service told me to push the silence button, needless to say after getting up 3 hours in a row and pushing the silence button from 3:20 a.m. to 5:41 a.m. I just unhooked it cause I could see it was going to go the exact same way that the plumping issue went.... it will take days to get someone there. And i wasnt going to spend the rest of my vacation communicating with customer abd getting the sane response over and response. There were no pot holders for pulling things out of the oven so take your own!

Beautiful view, great location and overall a nice condo. Cleaning staff needs to clean the floors better because after my daughter vacuumed the whole condo it was perfectly clean. The beds in the MB and the room with the bunk beds are very hard and need to be replaced. They could use a better couch and another chair would be nice. Would probably stay there again especially if there was better beds.

We really enjoyed the amazing views from the large balcony. The space was perfect for our group of 4.

Great trip, awesome unit. My only critique is that the complex needs more elevators. A big 19 floor complex with only 2 elevators was an issue . The units we rented was great.

We came to Gulf Shores for the AL State Track Meet with the Grandparents and the unit was just as described! It was clean with all the amenities. Easy access to the beach, security, and best of all...plenty of carts to get things up to the unit! We will definitely look to stay here again.

My husband and I brought our 3 children down for a family vacation. The unit fit our every need! The furnishings were wonderful and it was a blessing to be able to do laundry on our trip. One thing that caught us off guard was the lack of beach gear that was pictured in the laundry room in unit pictures. I sent a message before our arrival to confirm the beach gear in the photographs would be available and we never received a message in return. We ended having to run to the store to buy beach chairs and sand toys. It worked out in the end but added a bit frustration to our trip. With that being said, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking another trip in the future.

Had a great time spending New Years in Gulf Shores. The condo was very well stocked with dishes and bedding. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Condo was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Overall impression of this property is great. There were plenty of linens and it was clean. My only complaint is the rug in the living room. There is a serious fall risk there for older people. Besides that, we have zero complaints.

First let me address the host directly. We decided to book a quick long weekend. Since we only had to travel one hour we wanted to make use of two full days. The condo we chose was not booked three days prior. We booked three days prior. We messaged and asked specifically if we could get early check in. If we could not we considered booking an extra night just so we could arrive early. We were told if it was available they would message us the morning of our stay. We were never told this owner does not allow it EVER! . They decided to share that after we paid. When I then said could I add one night like we had planned the one night price was double what it was when I looked right before booking because they added all the fees again for one next extra. I will not use Vrbo ever again because I want to be able to get answers for the specific unit by a person not some automated system answer. The unit is ok but very very small for a group of 6-7. the living room furniture is in great need to being replaced. very worn out. If you want to all sit in the living room together there is just not enough space in this unit. For a three bedroom unit the kitchen/living room is just too small. really only 4 can sit on the coach and chair. For the price we paid off season it was ok. I am sure the owner has done the best they can with the space . Be aware this owner has a strict 4 p.m. check in and will not bend even if empty and you want to pay extra.

Great location, spacious and clean. Lacking paper products. Trash bags coffee filters or Keurig.
