Beachfront Condo w/ GOLF CART, Furnished Balcony, Gulf View, Pool, Beach Tram

We had a great stay and the condo was incredible. Great view, clean, and exactly as pictured and described. The manager was very quick to respond to anything we needed or had questions about.

Host was excellent. The ice maker wasn’t working, they fixed it the next dayThe water temperature on washer seemed to be hot water on cold and cold water on hotWould have liked to see cox cable on main tvDead bolt lock would not lock

Beautiful panoramic view, quiet location in September. Having a golf cart was very nice to get to shopping/food. Phyllis was very accommodating and prompt on replying throughout the whole tripThey have/offer a lot of pots and pans and utensils. There are a few things they are lacking seasoning,oil, Cutting board, sharper knives, overall was a great stay, i would absolutely stay there again.

Very clean, security top notch, lots of menu options on site, would recommend.

We had such a great vacation! Condo was clean and perfect! Beautiful ocean view and the golf cart was an added bonus we didn’t know we would love so much! Looking forward to coming back!

Exactly how the pictures portray the condo, and we had everything we needed to get us by for our vacation. It was very clean when we arrived and we were very pleased with all that the condo had to offer. We all can’t wait to be back!

We love the location, right on the beach which isn't as crowded in front of Beachside One as it is other locations. It's a short drive to most shops and restaurants and the grocery store is a few minutes away in case you need it.

Wonderful time, lovely condo. Plenty of beach toys and comfortable beds.

We had a bad smell in the master bathroom and leaking water in the under the sink. A vent fell down on me in the 2 nd bedroom. When we opened a drawer in the master bedroom a black bug ran out of site. We called the property management number and they sent a guy out that screwed the vent back on the wall crooked So the air whistles. The sink needed a plumber that we didn’t see. A glass cupboard door seems loose when you open it at the top. We still had a great time and loved the location and pool. Just don’t want you to think we did any of this to the unit.TYSM

The views of the water from the living room, balcony, and one of the bedrooms are amazing! Secure access to all buildings and outdoor facilities. Well maintained condo and all other features were very good too (pool, hot tub, etc. We did not use the golf cart though). The property management team was very responsive and helpful - before and during the stay. Recommend this to anyone that wants a 2-BR, 2-BA beachfront unit.

This condo was perfect!! The view was the best!! The golf cart was a plus and got us to see things we probably wouldn’t have. We used it quite a bit. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture was good, kitchen was the perfect size. We will definitely ne returning!!

We had the best time on our trip. This rental was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Phylis was so unbelievably kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The view from the 14th floor was so beautiful! We absolutely LOVE Destin!

The unit was very out dated! 1/2 the lights did not work and the linens on the beds smelled horrible!!! Never saw any management the whole time we were there. The unit need a very good cleaning!! But worst of all was that we had a cardboard sing wit caution tape on the 14th floor for a part of the railing missing!!!! Who does that!!!!? We had children staying in other units with small children that could not even visit n our deck!! And their units were very nice and clean!! Spent most of our time when inside there!! For the money we spent I would not recommend this unit!!

Overall, very nice place to stay. The views are amazing. Golf cart had roaches all over the garage so we didnt use it. The AC is very loud in the master bedroom too, it squeeks.But besides that 5/5.

Our stay was amazing. The place was top notch. We had everything we needed. I definitely will be staying again
