Stayed Dec 23, 2023The condo was perfect for a quick Christmas getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds comfortable, and the view and location spectacular. If you want to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean (even during the winter with the windows closed!), and wake up to an amazing view of the sunrise, this is your condo!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was clean; wifi worked great; and the central location was perfect for my trip. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean was a great way to start (and end) a day. I'd definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo was perfect for our family vacation! Location was perfect and it met all our needs. Quiet and very clean. Ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. In fact, we had a preview of the Air Show as the jets flew up/down and around the beach! Very exciting! Excellent communication with the owner. Would stay here again!

Stayed Mar 30, 2021Well maintained/recently remodeled, conveniently located, easy beach access and great views. Everything you need for a nice beach trip! My only wish was that the master suite either had a newer mattress or a king mattress.

Stayed Jun 21, 2020Being a fan of mid OC locations, this property was ideal. From the 3rd floor balcony, the views were spectacular. Since the surrounding buildings are mid to low rise, the beach stays relatively uncrowded. The condo itself has been updated and is a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.
