Stayed Jan 12, 2026Mike deserves 6 stars. The condo is immaculately clean including the fridge. The cleanest condo we had stayed in PV for the past three years. The condo is fully equipped with kitchen cutlery, pots and pans, blender, plastic containers…everything you need in the kitchen. We stayed for 26 days and it feels like home. Mike even stocked up lots of iced cold beer for us in the fridge when we arrived. While we do not drink, we very much appreciated his generosity and hospitality. Mike met us when we arrived and we left. We cannot say enough good things about the condo and more importantly about Mike.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023It was such a pleasure dealing with Mike. Everything was laid out for us and it helped to make for a stress free vacation! The condo is so comfortable and clean. The condo unit is much larger than the photos on the website depict. The perfect location for beach, restaurants and shopping.

Stayed Dec 28, 2019Our family of 3 stayed at Mike's condo at the Residences of Villa Magna - great experience, ample space and views of the pool and ocean were fantastic. Having the resort amenities at your disposal is great- although we didn't purchase the all inclusive daily offer, it is nice to have that option nonetheless. Resort is safe and clean, pools are very kid friendly. Grocery stores are near by, check in was a breeze. We would definitely come back!

It was the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. The owner was extremely easy to get ahold of and was very friendly and gracious. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks!!!

Stayed Mar 9, 2019We had a wonderful holiday. The resort has three pools and the ocean beach is absolutely beautiful we spent many a long walk up and down the beach.
