Stayed Mar 8, 2025Condo well appointed. Lots of amenities and a great beach front location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We had a great stay.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit previously when it was managed by someone else.Just a couple of suggestions. The instructions for using the apps on the TV were incorrect. We figured it out, but maybe others won’t be so lucky.The shag throw rugs in the bathroom hadn’t been washed. There was small pieces of trash imbedded in the shag which we discovered when stepping on it.Management was responsive when the Keurig coffee maker decided not to work anymore.Office staff at check in were great and provided us with their favorite breakfast places.The internet was extremely slow.

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful time with plenty of space to enjoy our family Christmas vacation! Condo was nicely appointed and very clean. Toiletry and a basic supplies were a little low. Good amount of dishware however, pots and pans were limited. I enjoy cooking in so this issue is probably not for all persons. Definitely recommend for those visiting the area as Somerset condos are quite lovely. Property management was excellent with communication.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit was impeccable it had everything we needed and then some. The view was amazing and the beach even better. We will definitely be coming back here in the near future. The property management company did a very good job and was very accommodating.
