Stayed Mar 30, 2024We loved the condo, but it was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. There was blue toothpaste everywhere in the bathrooms and other places did not looked like it had been cleaned. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner was a one or twice use only (super small). For the price I would have expected a little more on the supplies (soap/garbage liners/shampoo/etc).

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo unit 4-1002 was perfect. Everything matched the description. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We especially appreciated the ample beach amenities, lots of chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is new and the condo itself was clean. However, the furniture was beyond old and dingy. The guest bedroom is not set up for comfort for guests. We've been to Marco many times and hope to return next year, but not to this condo.

The condo location is the best. The furnishings were a little outdated, but I would not hesitate to rent this property again. The sunsets are awesome. The pool was never overcrowded. The lagoon and beach are a short walk away.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very well located, beautiful beach, beautiful sunset from the balcony,very clean , bedroom ver nice with bathroom and all furnished with high quality and new cooking equipment and was also very well decorated. So we were very satisfied with the appatment.They also provide chair s, surf board for the beach. If I was rebooking it I would go directly to Marco Island vacations., because Airbnb just duplicate the cleaning cost and fees which we already paid to Marco Vacation and they do absolutly nothing. I wrote them 4 times closing my tickets saying they had talk to me and resolved my issues wich wasn’t true.They said the total cost was all inclusive but we had to repay $200 for the parking when we registered.

The location was wonderful. We had ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Tennis was available and we took advantage of the weight room. It was a great condo.
