Beachfront Condo | SW-Facing Balcony & Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying in the South Seas Towers, we’ve been staying in either tower 3 or 4 for our past 8 vacations. People that stay there are very friendly. Although the washer and dryers are outside the condo, it’s still convenient to use them. We loved the view and used the tables on the balcony to play games in the evening. The condo had been recently redone, and the bathrooms were great. Would stay again.

All beds are very uncomfortable and so is the rest of the furniture. It's a very long walk to the beach and to carry all beach stuff you need a beach cart. Bring your own beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The ones here are broken. Building elevator got stuck for 30 minutes with a family inside. Front door didn't lock and they had to come fix it twice and again it doesn't lock !This is the very last tower of the island so it's far away from everything.

Reviewer Comments: Unit was dirty, floors sticky,furniture worn dirty and very bad musty odour.bed was old and very uncomfortable and mattress cover under sheets dirty, we purchased our own pillows and sheets, beach umbrellas were broken no small cooler or beach cart in unit. I have been vacationing for years at this condo and by far the worst unit I've seen in the past 20 years.

If you have small children, it’s a bit of a walk to beach. The pool was nice. The condo has everything you need. The only improvement would be the living room furniture. It’s worn out and uncomfortable.

This unit was very comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean. From our unit, we couldn't directly see sunset but a walk to the beach solved that issue. As others have mentioned, the walk to the ocean is quite a hike, especially with chairs, etc. We, two 70+ year olds, took about 15 min. to get to ocean and then walked along it searching for shells. Many excellent places to dine.

Great price, great stay. If you have young kids this is NOT the place for you. The pool attendant—Tracey is a forced to be reckoned with. She was horrible to kids in the pool, and really as a parent of older kids (teenagers) the way she was speaking to smaller kids it’s a good thing I wasn’t the parent. She was not a pleasant person all around. The way she spoke to people in general was horrible. Prime example of giving someone a little bit of power. The facility is geared more for older families or middle aged-up. I mean my 40 yr old husband wanted to jump in the pool but the rules say “no jumping” and Tracey will fine you for it…literally! There is a fine according to her as she announced it to the entire pool. Each day we went to the pool in the afternoon and she was always kicking kids/families out for tossing a ball, jumping in, or running around the pool. There was a lot of “No’s”but again you have to remember this is a private condo area vs resort area. But it served us well, walking distance to the beach, had everything we needed and everyone was friendly minus Tracey and a few of the people that live there permanently as you could tell “tourist” were not welcomed—they made it very clear, they were unhappy with so many condos being rented out. If you can ignore this, and don’t mind stiff rules like no night swimming, no drinks poolside even in non-breakage cup, no jumping in the pool, it’s perfect! After all, leave Tracey and others at the pool and go enjoy the beach! Check in was super smooth, so was check out!

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for the first four days, then extremely crowded where you couldn't find a chair. The walk to the beach was very long. The property was clean, but dated and had a very musty smell when you walk in. Overall I would not stay at this property again.

This unit was perfect for us had all the amenities. The location is near all the wonderful restaurants and shopping. The community is has a guard gate for security as well. The pool is heated and never seemed to be busy. The beach is always available as well, swimming, fishing and shelling or just relaxing.Again, wonderful experience!
