This unit was very clean and well furnished. This was our first time at Perdido Key and we had a great time. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and the large balcony was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The main floor storage for beach gear was great since we brought two kids who love to boogie board and play in the sand, less sandy stuff to drag around with you! If we’re back in the Gulf area of Florida I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!! Location is perfect. Right on the beach and property is gated. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need—which isn’t always the case with vacation rentals! Will definitely plan to come back.

We stayed here and loved it. Perdido is quieter than other areas on the panhandle. Property was conveniently located, clean, and the host’s instructions were clear.

This was our third year staying in this condo The accommodations are perfect for us. Our favorite area is the large ocean front balcony. We cook for almost every meal and enjoy every one of them on the balcony. Carol

Our stay in this condo was amazing! We’re ladies in our 60’s and 70’s so it was amazing how short of a walk to the beach. I would recommend staying here to everyone. Anytime I contacted Jessica or Brian the response was immediate. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

My husband and our two boys (ages 8 and 10) had a great first trip to Perdido Key. The water and sand were beautiful and this condo gave us great and easy access to it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was also great with two pools (one heated) and a jacuzzi that we certainly took advantage of. We can’t wait to visit Perdido Key again and we would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at several condos throughout the Fort Morgan and Orange Beach area. This was by far my wife’s favorite. The condo was just as described clean and had all the amenities we needed. The first floor storage unit was a bonus. You did not have to lug your skim boards, boogie boards, and chairs up to the condo. The pools were great one was heated. one was not. The grounds were clean and well kept. The location was great. There was a supermarket close by as well as great local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Property just as described. Owners sent very detailed message prior to arrival with instructions which was appreciated. Comfortable beds. Not overly decorated with knickknacks which was also appreciated. Very well maintained property grounds too. Would book again!

First time staying here, and it won’t be the last! This condo is newly renovated and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the showers are very nice! Loved the balcony! Great table for morning coffee and breakfast. There is also a lounger on the balcony- great for naps?. It was so peaceful and quiet at this condo. Even though it was a busy time of the year to visit, it didn’t feel crowded. The beach is absolutely gorgeous! We spent our days under a tent relaxing with our feet in the sand; watching dolphins and kids playing in the ocean. If you are looking for a warm welcoming condo that is comfortable and impeccably clean, this is the place for you! Would stay here again 10/10!

This was our third vacation at this condo. It was fabulous as always. We will be back!

My Mom, sister and I take an annual girls trip. This was our second year to stay in this condo. Owners really care about their guests experience. They are quick to respond when you need them. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. That matters because eat in most of the week. The balcony is large. We ate almost every meal out there as we enjoyed listening and watching the surf. You’re in for a treat.

The condo was well maintained and family friendly! My daughter had a blast.
