Wonderful property with a beautiful view of the gulf! The unit was just as described with plenty of room and amenities. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Highly recommend. Everything was advertised and the location is excellent.

We had a very good experience here. The condo is nicely decorated. Everything smelled clean including the extra blankets. The only thing that I didn’t like was the size of the bathrooms. They are pretty tight.

The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were without air-conditioning for 2 nights, so our condo was extremely humid. I made several calls and text messages starting with the time we arrived which was around 5pm so the office was closed and the call went to an afterhours number. We were only refunded $114.79 which sounds like about the cost of a part. The condo was lovely and was advertised as having A/C. We found out the coffee pot did not work when we got up the first morning. The coffee pot was replaced late the first day with a brand new one. You only get one washcloth per person for the week so you will be doing laundry or bring some washcloths and towels from home. The overall property was clean and I would go back again. They should have refunded us for the nights we did not have A/C.

They sprayed while we were there but those critters were back the next morning.* The toilet in the guest bathroom rocks back and forth.* People will be people, for a smoke free facility it was hard to enjoy the balcony because of smokers.Other than that the condo was comfortable and clean. A relaxing environment.
