Beachfront Condo | Private Balcony | Kids Splash Pad | Phoenix V # 702

Overall- the place was fine. Good view of the ocean. Decor was minimal (which we appreciated). Kitchen has all the tools to cook and store food. Bed was ok comfortable but squeaked loudly with any movement. The property has significant construction in the Lobby area, which makes getting in and out very congested and confusing. The internet/wifi was down when we arrived and was down again for over a day while we were there. I had to cancel a client meeting due to this issue. The owner did not communicate about the construction and when I reached out about the internet/wifi issue, the response was that I needed to call the provider. To some degree I get it - onsite person needs to be the one to make the call, but provide that information ahead of time - just like we should have been told about the construction work. Additionally the communication was pretty blunt and not really what I would call “host like”. The bathroom floor was tile and grout was black with dirt. Needs a good grout cleaning. Couch had visible stains on the seat cushions. Bedroom window looks out into the outdoor hallway which is lit 24 hours a day and provides ample light during the night to prevent good sleep. Looks like at one point there were curtains but they are no longer there… The folding door to the laundry fell off the track - which we fixed as best we could with a butter knife as a screw driver since there were no tools. Washer/dryer unit is tiny and very very loud.

The unit was perfect for our last minute winter getaway. The view from the balcony was exactly what we wanted.

Amazing condo for two. Great view with a balcony. Was clean and ready on time. The facility has outdoor pool and indoor pool. Just steps from the beach with lots of rinse stations when you return from the ocean. Great spot. Highly recommend.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The sink is very low and the lighting is poor.

5 out of 5! Exactly as described in the listing, clean well equipped condo and condominium complex, the pool and splash pad were a hit with the kids and the indoor pool and hot tubs were nice as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the week!

Great property with many amenities

Great view of the beach! It's relaxing to sit on the deck and watch dolphins. Nice condo that's well stocked. Paul was very prompt at resolving a problem that we experienced.

The place was great and the view was outstanding. Unfortunately we brought the cold weather from up north with us.

Unit was clean and well equipped, there was a minor issue with the a/c, but owner had repair man there within 2 hours and issued was resolved

Great stay, easy to check in and check out, exactly what we expect from a beach condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with good pots and pans to cook up a good seafood dinner after our visit to Joe Patti.

The owners were very responsive to our questions. The condo is as described, perfect view of the beautiful beach. We wished we had stayed longer. We would definitely love to go back again.

The property was nice and clean. The unit felt a little dated, but was a great location. The elevators at check in and check out were hard to get, the wait time for some was up to 45 min. But if you prepare for it you can take some luggage or items down at non peak times it helped. The pool and splash pad was great for the kids and access to the beach was easy. It was a great stay for a long weekend.

We had the best time! The location was perfect and our son loved the splash pad. The unit was just as described and the kitchen was stocked with any utensil/cooking item you could possibly think of, even down to grilling utensils. We had one issue and the hosts responded immediately and had someone come out right away. We cannot wait to visit again :)

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked if you need to cook, but the location is great to get to local restaurants with ease. My kids loved the splash pad and pool. The balcony was very relaxing with a great view. There was a wait for the elevators around check in/out times, but once you figure out how to get ahead of that it’s fine and also to be expected at most condos during busy season. I would highly recommend for families with small children. Other areas of the building felt clean and safe. I look forward to booking for a family trip again next summer!

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend at Orange Beach. This condo was great! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
