Stayed Dec 13, 2025The condo was beautiful and in great condition. The condo grounds are kept very clean and well maintained. The person at the gate was very personable and a great resource for restaurants, etc. The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. It is a great location for anything that you might want to do. Andrew was fantastic and responded quickly to any questions.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the third consecutive year we stayed at Somerset 505, and we simply love this unit! Marco Island Vacation Properties was excellent and the unit was spotless upon arrival. The balcony has unparalleled views of the gulf, and we spend much of our time on it. Furnishings are modern and minimalist, which we love. We can't wait to return next year!

Also - beachfront and with 2 pools! The management company was amazing. We had a minor issue, and they had maintenance there the same day (even though it was not urgent). Also, I accidentally left behind my airpods, and the cleaning staff searched and found them for me! Very nice grill area and fitness center. Would love to stay here again!

Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. Great location on the island and what a view! Steps to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the condo was clean. The WiFi was good. We couldn’t have asked for more.
