Welcome to a private gated community nestled on the beach, known as South Seas. This 7th floor, 1,200 square foot corner beachfront condo sleeps six, with one queen bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

The interior of the unit takes its design cues from the surrounding beach, with sand-inspired walls and tile floors and accented ocean blue fabrics. Sliding glass doors brighten the living room with natural light. Decorative touches like shells, starfish, beachscapes, and indoor tropical flowers enhance the feeling of island style serenity. To top it all off, the entirety of the living area opens up to the balcony, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both the interior and exterior at the same time.

The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the incomparable Marco Island sunset (depending on the time of year).

The balcony is also the ideal place to start your day, with chairs and tables overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean. Being a wing unit, you get an additional front-facing balcony overlooking Marco Island, so you’ll be able to switch balconies each day.

The bright bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and all the colors and comforts of the tropics. The master bedroom also features a television and sliding door access to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, and umbrella.

You’re just a few steps from the warm waters of Tigertail Beach, where the activities are never-ending. Stroll along the shore in search of shells. Charter a fishing boat. Or sit back and watch dolphins playing in the surf.

The South Seas is filled with deluxe amenities as far as the eye can see. Unwind in a heated pool with sun loungers shaded by tiki umbrellas. Play tennis or pickleball on scenic courts beside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow-paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. Work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or enjoy the daily activities in the social room.

Afterwards, take a short walk to one of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, or Thai Sushi by KJ.

    We were in Marco Island in July. This was a very nice location being on the beach. The amenities were perfect for us. We had a great view of the beach and the island from the balcony. It was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As shown below, the location, property condition and airbnb/management company were fine. The only hiccup is no one on airbnb told us about the $100.00 non refundable parking slip/decal. In the marco island vacation rental office staff was excellent, but verbally not told about the above. in addition, it appeared on one of the texted rules in small case I believe after the fact. The 3rd tower south seas front desk personnel were slightly rude and could not be bothered to answer question. I will be writing the HOA on this fact. Plus, a diaper was left by the cleaning crew under one bed. The owners of the condo, have great beds and well equip items, I have ever encounter in a rental. So perhaps you can let Tower 3 also, know about the above. Owner have a nice place. Plus, I have rented from Marco island vacations before and everything has always been fine. thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very open and bright being a corner unit. Nicely decorated and furniture was in good condition. We loved the view of the pool, the ocean in the distance, and the sunset every night was spectacular. Unfortunately the beach chairs were unusable which was a huge disappointment. One seat of a chair was hanging on by a thread and they both were old. We loved that there were beach toys for our grandchildren when they visited. All in all a very nice experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a well maintained property. Only a couple of minor issues. The Comcast TV remote in the living room is old, doesn't work well and should be replaced. For some reason, a number of the channels on the living room TV would flip on and off. The water filter on the kitchen sink was inoperable. Not the fault of the property owner, but the laundry room procedures with cards, apps, scan requirements, etc. were complicated. We elected to delay washing and use a laundromat at our next stop. A problem encountered with other units over the years - is there any way to deaden the noise coming from the AC unit a bit?
