Stayed Jul 7, 2024We were in Marco Island in July. This was a very nice location being on the beach. The amenities were perfect for us. We had a great view of the beach and the island from the balcony. It was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As shown below, the location, property condition and airbnb/management company were fine. The only hiccup is no one on airbnb told us about the $100.00 non refundable parking slip/decal. In the marco island vacation rental office staff was excellent, but verbally not told about the above. in addition, it appeared on one of the texted rules in small case I believe after the fact. The 3rd tower south seas front desk personnel were slightly rude and could not be bothered to answer question. I will be writing the HOA on this fact. Plus, a diaper was left by the cleaning crew under one bed. The owners of the condo, have great beds and well equip items, I have ever encounter in a rental. So perhaps you can let Tower 3 also, know about the above. Owner have a nice place. Plus, I have rented from Marco island vacations before and everything has always been fine. thank you

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very open and bright being a corner unit. Nicely decorated and furniture was in good condition. We loved the view of the pool, the ocean in the distance, and the sunset every night was spectacular. Unfortunately the beach chairs were unusable which was a huge disappointment. One seat of a chair was hanging on by a thread and they both were old. We loved that there were beach toys for our grandchildren when they visited. All in all a very nice experience.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a well maintained property. Only a couple of minor issues. The Comcast TV remote in the living room is old, doesn't work well and should be replaced. For some reason, a number of the channels on the living room TV would flip on and off. The water filter on the kitchen sink was inoperable. Not the fault of the property owner, but the laundry room procedures with cards, apps, scan requirements, etc. were complicated. We elected to delay washing and use a laundromat at our next stop. A problem encountered with other units over the years - is there any way to deaden the noise coming from the AC unit a bit?
