Stayed Jan 20, 2024First place we rented ended up with a major water leak, luckily the management company was able to find us another unit which was perfect. Nice views

Stayed Apr 19, 2023Just right for my husband and I. I had read in a previous review the condo was a bit dated. It was, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We were packing up for the beach and noticed the beach umbrella had seen its day. I called and we received a brand new umbrella within a half hour!! That view from the balcony is just gorgeous! We relaxed and enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Easy check in! Beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to find beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for our use. The bathrooms were very clean but, no toilet paper holder in the master bath. The carpets throughout were dirty and stained.

They were polite, professional and immediately took care of a couple of small issues we had. We highly recommend using this property management company.

Stayed Feb 11, 2023The Marco Island stay was wonderful. We we on the 15th floor. Beautiful views. Close to a pool and a quarter mile hike to the Gulf Beach (Good for the heart). The sunsets were awesome. If we go to Marco Island again, we'll be repeating our stay.

Quick and professional response from Marco island Vacation Rental in dealing with a few issues. Negatives: The kitchen has only the basics. No room to put groceries/ supplies. Overall It was comfortable but a tired space .
