We had an awesome time on Marco Island, this unit is as advertised. It has everything you needed and more. Beyond all the emmenities within the unit, it has a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, sun shades, paddleball, and so much more. The unit was clean, modern appliances and we enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to local restaurants and short drives to all the hot spots we would stay again, highly recommended.

Can bike everywhere else--do not need a car. The unit was spotless and very comfortable for 4. My only suggestion would be a larger drip coffee maker and a new toaster (toast function did not work). Otherwise, perfect! Would stay again.

We’ve been visiting lots of different places all around Florida in hopes of finding a spot we want to return to, and we have finally found it! Loved our ocean views, short walk to the beach and pool, but we especially LOVED the outstanding pickleball facilities and the open play format every morning! Just tremendous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and location. We loved being so close to tiger tail and then also having beach access. The rooms have a great view of tiger tail. When we arrived there was blue toothpaste all over the sinks in the bathroom. We were disappointed in the amount of shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper and garbage bags- it was very minimal. For the amount the rental cost, a few more items were expected.

Location and view from the property were great, condo needs some work / updating particularly the rugs. We were taken back by what was left in the cabinets by either the owner or previous renters - did not feel it was appropriate for food items, miscellaneous bathroom and kitchen items to be left in the condo. Did not think the kitchen was cleaned as it should be with the items left by previous renters. While we might come back to the property we would not come back to the specific condo in the future.

Unit has beach chairs and plenty of coolers. Lots of good restaurants in the area.
