Beachfront Condo, ON the beach, Close to pier park, Beautiful View

Host had great communication! There were many amenities included, and that was very appreciated. One bedroom didn’t really seem like a bedroom, however. It was a bunkbed, but had no dresser and the closet had the washer dryer. There wasn’t a lot of room for putting away a weeks worth of clothes.

Beautiful view of the gulf, convenient to shopping, great restaurants and beautiful beach.

This condo was perfect for our family's visit this year. It's a great condo in a great facility. Danielle was a gracious host and provided us with all the information we needed for check in, check out, parking, etc. The condo is well supplied with extra bath towels, beach towels, beach toys and bedding. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, the hot tub, and the cleanliness of the entire facility. Thank you Danielle!

This property was the most amazing VRBO Ive ever rented! It was filled with any item you might reach for from an iron to beach toys! We were beyond thrilled!

The property is amazing! great location!

We were completely impressed and welcomed with so much more than we expected! This condo is on the top floor of the building, essentially the 21st story! That makes for amazing views! Upon entry, we were welcomed to a totally refreshed/ refurbished unit. All the furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The other surprise came in the kitchen, so many bonuses! From dishes to cookware to condiments and even some food to share! Everything was is working order. Lots of beach toys and 2 ice chests for use. The condo includes 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella that are normally rented for 50/day. Convenient location very near grocery store. Very easy check-in procedure. We did have to pay 40/week for parking. I will recommend this condo to all my friends!

Property was great! Staying on the 17th floor allowed for amazing views! We spent most of our time on the balcony, at the pool, or on the beach. The mid-April weather was beautiful! The condo itself was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. Great place!

Stayed 9 nights, only complaint I didn't stay 10 or more. I've stayed about dozen times in Pcb and Daytona. This is top 2 best rooms , but priced less than half of other. Very pleased.

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful… check in was easy peasy and check out was also easy! Looking forward to coming back next year. Only issue was not enough bracelets.. Security gave us one to use and we returned it!

The condo was cozy and comfortable, with exceptional views! There's a large closet off the master BR w/ plenty of toys, chairs, an umbrella, floats, boogie boards, toddler life vests and a lot more! The beds were quite comfy, and the rooms had plenty of storage. Aside from laundry, dish soap, toiletries and other miscellaneous kitchen items (which we always bring), this unit is stocked with everything. The only issue we had was cleanliness of the condo. It wasn't disgusting by any means, but the cleaners missed a lot of trash. I did let Danielle know and she did get back to me. From the very beginning, she has been readily available to answer questions or assist where she could. She was amazing to work with and my BFF had an awesome 60th celebration. We'll definitely stay again!

The host was very quick to respond and resolve any issues during our stay. Great customer service. The condo was well stocked. Top floor, beautiful views of the beach.

This condo is spacious and very clean. The kitchen has all equipment you would need. There was a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable with all the bells and whistles. We had plenty of linen and were very comfortable all week. Beach toys and accessories were a nice addition too. We hope to be back in the future.

Absolutely loved this stunning unit. Danielle is THE hostess with the mostest! Well equipped with bath towels, a beach bag full of toys, an umbrella (with sand anchor), many floats (bring an air pump), wooden and foam boogie boards and the prettiest view in all of Panama City. The beds were all super comfy (the primary bed is adjustable!!) Bring your own laundry and dish detergents but otherwise, this unit is stocked with everything but a blender! Danielle, thank you so much for putting up with us! We adore you and your unit! We will see you again soon!

While there were many things that were great about this VRBO, there were also some things that were frustrating. First, there was not enough silverware. We had to run the dishwasher daily in order to be able to have clean silverware. And speaking of running the dishwasher, we had to go out and purchase our own pods. Another thing that we had to purchase was more TP as there was only one roll per bathroom (we stayed for 7 days and there were 6 of us). We also had to buy laundry pods. Part of the directions for checkout were to start a load of towels, however we weren’t provided with any laundry detergent. There weren’t enough trash bags… only 2, so we had to resort to using Walmart grocery bags for trash. I also didn’t like that there were only 4 wristbands provided. If a place is going to be advertised for 8 people, they should provide 8 wristbands, or at least enough for the amount of people staying each booking. Security was walking around the pool deck checking wristbands and we were told by the property manager that it wouldn’t be an issue… well it was. There was no broom and a broken vacuum. We wanted to be able to sweep the floors and weren’t able to. This was really frustrating because there was sand everywhere from daily trips to the beach. The remotes were another problem… the information given stated that Netflix worked on the TVs, and it didn’t work in the master bedroom. Also there was only one remote that worked on the living room tv and the master bedroom tv.
