Beachfront condo on Lake Michigan with fireplace, deck, washer/dryer, great view

This place is great! You can’t beat the location and the unit is larger than it looks in the photos. Tons of space for three generations to spread out. Two living spaces is a nice bonus.

Carpet gross, beds old and uncomfortable. Refrigerator small. Outdoor table seats 4 people yet the condo sleeps a ton of people.

Although this unit rents for less money than others nearby, its condition is terrible. The owner deserves to suffer financially for failing to maintain their property

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend with extended family. It has significant cleanliness issues including a hole in the ceiling, mouse infestation, dirty dishes and dishwasher and dirty carpets. Instructions on how to use the television were nonexistent and we could not get it to work. This condo definitely needs some attention and love.

Great location for exploring the area. Great view of lake MI. Accommodations were very nice.

Home needs some updating and I thought it could have been cleaned better. Had a great time and house had ample room for three couples. ?

This condo checked all the boxes for our girls’ weekend. The Lake Michigan views are outstanding. So are the walks on the beach. The condo is very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the peninsula.

Great sunset views and access to a semi-private beach. The units need some maintenance inside and out. Furniture and carpet is worn and beds are just adequate. Plenty of linens and dishes, but pans and baking supplies need to be replaced.

Stayed with our kids and the in-laws. Plenty of room to spread out and having laundry in the home was very convenient. The walk to the beach out the back door is just a few steps away and it's a great view. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed here twice now and it's all about having the beach right there! Waking up to views of the Manitou Islands and Sleeping Bear Bay is the best! We loved being able to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted!

This condo was beautiful! The view of Lake Michigan was amazing! I gave it a four because the description did not state there were stairs to climb to get into the condo.
