Beachfront Condo, Newly renovated! Heated Pool on the beach... GulfView 102.

Amazing condoplace. Wonderful hosts. Perfect location. The condo has everything you need, exceptionally clean and organized. Hosts are very responsive. Everything is a stone’s throw away ... the beach, the Historic Bridge Street with all kinds of shops, restaurants and bars, the free island Trolley and much more. We had an amazing time, thank you!

Nicest condo i have stayed in in a long time. Owner had great amenities. Close to some restaurants . If youare a smoker. Dont rent this building. No smoking on the premesis .

We’ve stayed at several rentals in AMI and local resorts and this one is by far the best! You can’t beat the location and amenities here. Yvette’s place was clean and stocked with anything we could possibly need. The pool was perfect to escape the afternoon heat and the beach was just steps away. We will be back!

The location speaks for itself, and you will not find a better place on the beach centrally located at this price; it just doesn’t exist. This was hands down the most well-appointed vacation condo my family has ever rented. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils matched and were in good condition. The appliances were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beach gear was all in working order and in great condition, and there were plenty of linens for use inside and at the pool. We received a thoughtful welcome gift of beach gear and sweets that the family loved. Everything in the condo was perfect! Yvette was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our stay. She created an incredible vacation experience, ensuring all the little details were in place for our family. We would love to rent this condo again. 10/10 does not do this rental justice!

So close to the beach, great place to stay. Within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Property owners were super responsive and quickly fixed a very minor issue that we had. We would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is our 3rd year visiting AMI and this condo. Truly, this is such a special place for us. So many great memories made. From the beautiful sunsets, all day beach fun, walkable restaurants, late night icecream runs and top notch accomodations. Staying here is a blessing and feels like home away from home.

Great place to stay, I would highly recommend it. Great location and having the pool with the beach was amazing. Lots of extras little things in the condo too from toiletries to beach chairs. The host is very friendly and recommended a place to eat. Swordfish grill just over the bridge. Give it a try.

This was our second time here and everything was better than we remembered. The owners go above and beyond expectations to make sure that your stay is perfect. We have priced other units in the area and you cannot beat the price when you consider it is beachfront, has a pool and has been renovated recently. Just wonderful, our family cannot wait to make our third visit! Thank you
