Beachfront Condo in Pensacola Beach – Beachfront Pool, Fitness Center, & More!

Clean property, easy check in and out process. Loved that we could walk to several restaurants and beach access was fantastic. Will definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful beachfront condo, which was clean and well furnished and decorated. Has an outstanding ocean view. Only issue was using the three different entry codes. The multi-digit elevator code was difficult at first.... but managed it in the end. Thank you!

The good: location, pool, security, kitchen, internet. Security Coded gate and facility entry. Walk to just about everything. Kitchen is excellent. 2 beds are comfortable. Internet is fast and tv is good. Some not so good: pull out couch is awful. Needs to be replaced. Saggy and can’t get it to reset without significant effort. Pedestal sinks in both bathrooms so you have no counter space for bath items. Broken floor tiles throughout the unit. Floor was filthy when we arrived. Feet we’re black after walking around for 5 minutes. We had to mop the floor twice right after we arrived. Balcony was dirty as well. Washing machine was inop when we arrived and we’re not told this until a repair man arrived unannounced day 2. This unit is old and the walls, baseboards, and bath tile are showing the age. Can’t say I’m a fan of the management. No notice on the repairman arrival until after he left. All they said was “sorry we didn’t notify you”. MAJOR roof replacement started on day 2. This unit is top floor so we got hammer drills and stomping every day at 7:30am. Roofing material all over the balcony and grounds all week. No other renting guests had been informed of the work either. A job of this magnitude has to be planned well in advance, so the management knew and chose not to inform renters of the work. The owner of this unit really needs to find another company to manage it.

Great condo, views and very clean! The only change would be to have more towels. There were 4 of us and we had to wash towels and washcloths every day.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. This was the second time we've stayed in this unit, and it was just as wonderful both times. It was absolutely as beautiful as advertised and did not disappoint! Thank you!

Amazing view from the top floor! The kitchen had everything. It was just like being at home. We'll definitely stay at this condo again!

We were very comfortable. Beautiful condo. It would be helpful if you left a hairdryer, there was not one in condo and that is rare. Condo was clean but had a very bad garbage like smell when we entered, fortunately the smell disappeared after we aired it out. The front door needs a seal around it as the 50mph winds were very noisy coming through the cracks. Beds and linens clean and comfortable. Roomy interior! Master bath would be much better with a vanity with countertop space! In all, we were very pleased!
