Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location was fantastic. Just a couple housekeeping suggestions.....new pillows on all beds. The existing pillows were awful. The floors in the condo could also use a general cleaning (ie soap & water). Overall very happy with the condo, the location and experience in dealing with Marco Island Properties.

Condo is exactly like the photos. Well equipped and comfortable. We are planning on extending our stay next year.

I have been renting condos in florida for 40 years. South Seas Club is a very efficient and secure property. We were able to utilize all the amenities available. Grandma with my son’s family of 4 stayed comfortably in this clean and upgraded condo. Marco Island and the South Seas complex is where you want to vacation in winter. Whenever I had a question or issue, the Marco Vacation Properties were professional and responded quickly to my needs. I will go through this rental properties again.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic stay in this great property.Super clean and very comfortable, loads of linens, towels and beach towels and generally very well stocked.The distance from the main beach is about half a mile, but we knew this before we stayed and it wasn’t a problem for us.The pool is a great alternative and there were plenty of sun beds.All the staff at the property were friendly and helpful.We would love to return.

Stayed May 17, 2023Loved the unit and view, however the pool is way to small for the people potential. One main entry in the shallow end where most people gathered. Beach access was way to far unless you like camping out all day.
