Beachfront Condo! Great for a Family Vacation!

Doesn't get any better than this!Clean, comfortable, spacious and on the beach, the views from both balconies are amazing. The pics are all taken from the condo. Carl is a wonderful host. We have stayed here before and will absolutely be back!

The condo was just perfect ...close to lots of activities. You can walk to restaurants, convinience store and dog beach. We had ice cream near the big Pensacola beach ball and ate at Flounders (our favorite, the best chowder!) We saw the Blue Angels fly by the condo and saw thier practice show down the road at Fort Pickens. Fort Pickens is a wonderful historical fort you can tour and walk around. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio every morning watching the dolphins swim by and the birds swooping in for fish! Excellant location! The beds are comfy and the condo is always fully stocked including a nice selection of coffee K-Cups. The garage offers not only a place for your car but you can store your beach gear there too!

Had an issue with the air conditioning and the property manager had an hvac guy out within 30 minutes. When they realized they didn’t have the part to fix it that night they had fans shipped over to us and refunded us the one night stay that we didn’t have the air conditioning. We had a wonderful time at this vacation spot! Views were amazing and will definitely be returning!!!

This was the perfect location for an amazing beach getaway. The kitchen had all that we needed to enjoy meals together and the view from the decks couldn’t be beat!

We absolutely love this property. This is our second time to stay at this beach house. The location is amazing. Steps from the sand. It’s so convenient. The owner is wonderful. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation with my family.

We were delighted with the location and the view from this corner unit! We enjoyed hanging out on the upper balcony as the view was unbeatable! The beach was as close as you could get. Would definitely book again!

The location is wonderful to enjoy views of the ocean all day long. We watched dolphins swim by every day and loved the super close proximity to the beach. The house is laid out nicely giving all three bedrooms privacy. You can walk to the boardwalk for dinner or the trolley stop is just across the street.

The views are so beautiful that words won't do it justice. Wake up to the sound of the waves. Walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's. Call Hunter Smith if you need a nice, clean, reliable ride to anywhere. 850-501-4448. We will be back!!

Great stay!! We have always stayed in high-rise condos because we like a full view of the beach and water BUT we really liked this condo! It is on the end of the building next to a public beach access lot. Therefore, the view out the east window was a couple hundred yards of dunes and sea oats.1st floor is garage, 2nd is kitchen, den & a bedroom w bath. AND stairs off the balcony that is 10’ away from the path that leads out to the beach! 3rd floor is master w bath and another balcony! Plus- an additional bedroom with full bath. Plenty of extra towels, comfy beds and nice linens. Well stocked kitchen & right across the road from convenience store and PegLeg Petes. We will be staying here again! oats.

We had a lot of needs and this condo ticked all the boxes. It was our anniversary, my 84-year-old mother's birthday, and my 22-year-old niece's first beach trip. It was just a simple stroll to the beach and a nice place to rinse off after a day in the sun. The patio was perfect for watching the sunrise, and sunset and stargazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in or a short walk across the street to the (BEST!) Peg Leg Pete's for some Grouper Nuggets if we wanted to eat out! It was nice to have a place to store our beach stuff and park the car in the garage and out of the sun. We felt secure, the place was clean and the view was outstanding. The host quickly answered every email and we will be sure to book again! It was a quick drive to shopping, the grocery store in Gulf Breeze, and a nice trip to Ft. Pickens. We even had the surprise of the Blue Angels flying overhead at sunset. The neighbors were quiet and the weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. A big thank you to our host for such a clean and enjoyable condo!

This condo was a great stay for us. The location is absolutely perfect - walk down your back steps and you’re basically on the beach. Gas station across street for small things you may need and walking distance to a great restaurant. The condo itself is very outdated and could use a face lift and didn’t come with many provided amenities but overall is spacious and was a great stay.

This property is just steps away from the beach! This is an end unit so no one is to the left of you. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves pretty much the whole week. There are condos behind this unit across the road but you dont feel crowded by the people coming from across the street to the beach. There is stairs that lead directly down from the unit right to the beach. The water was beautiful when we were there. When you come in off the beach there is a water hose and shower head at the bottom of the stairs to rinse the sand off. The house is equipped with everything you could want. The owner was very responsive to our needs while we were there a week. We throughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again. Peg Leg Pete’s across the road and Shaggy’s were a few good places we ate at and were excellent. There is a gas station(Tom Thumb) across the road that was so convenient for ice each day. The best part you could walk to it and didn’t have to get in your car to go down the road. There is also a Trolly Stop directly across the road that runs during the evening and will take you around town if you don’t want to drive. We also enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks that the city put on in our beach chairs on the beach. Bring your beach towels with you.

Perfect location and beach wasn’t crowded. Not great for dogs as there’s no grass on the property. We had to go across the street a lot. But still grateful dogs are allowed! Loved the aspect of having access to garage so we didn’t have to carry our beach stuff up and down stairs every day.

Have stayed here many times. The condo is wonderful with everything you need. But the main attraction is location, location, location!! Steps from the beach, beautiful gulf views from the balcony. And Pegleg Pete's and Tom Thumb store right across the street. Perfect! Can't wait to go back!
