Beachfront Condo • Free Beach Chairs • Huge Balcony • Come Relax!

We loved our condo. The owner was lovely to work with and the property was very clean, impeccably decorated. We loved the beach view, the cleanliness of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this beautiful beach condo, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. I realized I never left a review after our first visit last year which was a huge oversight because this place absolutely deserves one! The corner balcony is truly the star of the show. The panoramic ocean views are incredible - you can see for miles, and the sunsets are fantastic. Having that extra open wraparound space makes such a difference and the deck furniture is very comfortable. Morning coffee with the sound of the waves and evening relaxation with that view...Perfection. The condo itself is, beautifully decorated, spotless and so comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully stocked, and it feels more like a well-loved home than a rental. You can tell the owners take pride in every detail. The location is ideal - right at the beach with easy access to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing when you’re inside. We returned because we absolutely love it - and we can't wait return again. Highly, highly recommend!!! (Just don't book our dates.) ?

We love Tropic Winds and this condo was top notch. Great view of the gulf with sunset views. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Gary was very prompt with all communications and check in / out was a breeze - no office to have to check in with !

Very nicely decorated condo, comfortable bedding, spacious deck- kitchen stocked with basics and the property is clean and well-maintained. Parking is tight- don't recommend driving a pickup (I did) as navigating through the deck and squeezing into slim parking slot is a challenge.

Could not get the microwave to heat anything. I tried unplugging and resetting. There is mold in master shower on the grout. The trim under kitchen sink has mold. I love the condo. but cleaning crew is not doing their job. Thanks.

It was a beautiful condo and was so convenient to walk 1 minute to the beach. Being on the 15th was a beautiful view of the ocean and sitting on the patio made it even better. Listening to the Waves at night wanso relaxing and calm. I'll be coming back to Florida again. If I could give it 100 stars I would

wanted to stay by the beach. It was a great place. Would stay there again. Water was green from moss or something like moss, not owners fault, but still managed to make the best of it and had a great time. Was able to watch all kinds of fireworks to

This condo was right on the beach and was a very nicely furnished, well kept one. The kitchen was very stocked, only got two garbage bags but other than that well stocked.It had two large master bedroom suites with full bathrooms, beds were comfortable and one bedroom was off from the main balcony. It is on the 15th floor which allows beautiful expansive views of the ocean as well as the area.The pool was ok, part of it was under a concrete area very loud with kids playing. Parking is confusing due to the numbers of where you need to park are written on the concrete barrier where cars park in front of so you can’t see the numbers. You get one spot, 40 extra for 2nd car. The other were the beach chairs, you have to go down and wait in line at 9:00 each day to let them know you will need the chairs, two come with the price of the condo, but if you need four you pay dearly for the other two and forget about them being together because apparently they don’t do it! They ran 60.00 plus taxes each day. The kicker was you pay for two extra chairs and you’re on the third row behind many others, if you do get a front row and can actually see the ocean, others from who knows where come with their own chairs and umbrellas and park inches in front of the 60.00 a day chairs. But it is Summer in Florida so you have to roll with the punches.The condo wasn’t close enough to walk to any restaurants but had some within a 10 minute drive.All in all it’s a very nice condo with amenties.

Very roomy condo with all the extras in case you have a need. The large corner balcony with seating for 9 is worth a return stay! Beach service included was wonderful! Definitely keeping it on the short short list of places to stay!

Accommodates a family nicely. Lots of extra amenities in CATV, beach services and balcony oceanfront views. In building parking. Fast and plentiful elevators.

The condo is beautiful and the resort is well kept. Nice hot tub and pool and of course the beach is beautiful! We have stayed a couple times. Gary is great. We will be back. Thanks for everything!

The condo was beautifully decorated and was furnished with everything we needed. Loved the close proximity to the beach. We had perfect weather while there.

Condo was on the beach we could see dolphins playing while we were sitting on the couch . Was spotless took a lot of care to make sure everything we could possibly need was there . Sliding glass doors off the master and living room . Overlooking the ocean . We loved it

This property is a 10/10! We had a fantastic time and really could have just brought ourselves and a few changes of clothes and would have been set. They have everything you could need to make the best vacation. The bathrooms are well appointed and they have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on a trip! I will definitely stay here again!

Condo was nice, clean, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was broke the whole time we were there. We rented a golf cart and didn’t see the sign at the entrance of the parking garage that said no golf cart allowed. Woke up the next morning to find my cart missing and went to talk to property manager and he wasn’t very polite. He told me there were signs everywhere that said no parking but we only saw the one at the entrance. Instead on coming to my room to tell me they called Outlaw Rentals to come pick it up and I lost my deposit.i know better for next time…

Our stay was great! The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on in all the years we have been visiting PCB. The unit was well equipped, too. We really enjoyed the size and location of the hot tub. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Relaxing, beautiful accommodations, nearby delicious restaurant options. Loved it all.
