Beachfront Condo - Complimentary Beach Chair Service - Mar-Oct

Property was great and exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and updated. If I have to critique, it was the master mattress very firm and felt some springs. Also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so we ran out. One other thing is the $35 parking but we’re not complaining. Enjoyed the stay and will be back. Very easy access to beach and pool. Sq footage was amazing for a 2/2 condo at this price point.

Beautiful condo with a great view. We have stayed at this location multiple times. It is always incredibly clean and well-stocked. There are TVs in both bedrooms, as well as the living room, which was nice while it rained during our trip!The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to cook while you are in town.Two full-bathrooms; one with a large shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combo. The beds are extremely comfortable in both bedrooms as well. There are plenty of blankets and pillows for the whole family.The host is incredibly communicative. We truly appreciate her.10/10 would recommend this property

This was not our first time staying in this condo because it is so nice. The condo is beautiful, clean, has everything you need, and is only steps from the beach!! You will not be disappointed!!

- Kat was very responsive and helpful prior to our arrival.- Location was perfect to the beach and community pool. Both are only a few steps away with private access.- Plenty of parking with the addition of covered parking.- Close in proximity to grocery stores like Aldi and Publix.- The unit we stayed in had above neighbors and you could hear EVERY step they took. We had to kindly ask them to not have their kids jump and stomp around at 9PM since we had a sleeping toddler.- When we arrived, there were still food remains on the kitchen and dining room table, dried toothpaste in the sink and vanity, hair on pillows.

We had an amazing stay at this beachside property right off 30A during our family spring break. The location couldn’t have been better – we woke up every morning to the soothing sound of the ocean and enjoyed walking right down to our beach chairs for a day of relaxation in the sun. A few days, we explored the charming 30A beach towns and even visited the pier. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins on our last day! It was truly a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return!

We loved our condo and will be back again next year! I especially liked living on the much quieter end of PCB.

We love staying at this property. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can cook during your stay. Plenty of seating. The master bathroom is huge and the shower is incredible. The new beds in the second bedroom are extremely comfortable. Heating/air system is perfect. Love the new table on the balcony. The owners communicated with us the entire process. Highly recommend this property!

We've visited several times, both as a couple and as a family of five, and have always enjoyed the accommodations immensely. We would definitely recommend the site to anyone and everyone, and look forward to returning soon!

This has become our annual destination for vacation. It’s a comfortable well appointed 2 bedroom with a large balcony/deck. Kitchen has all you need. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Nice large master bath. It’s on the second floor so you walk up the stairs from your parked auto to the condo. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. There are grills for grilling. Highly recommend this property.

Right on the beach, and beach was never crowded. Very family friendly and quiet. We would definitely recommend!

Well maintained condo with everything you could possible need! Including some beach toys, board games, books, and everything needed to cook at the condo. Can't wait to go back again!

We have stayed at Ramsgate Harbour since 1992. Obviously we like it. :) We have stayed in this particular unit three or four times now. It has been nicely renovated and maintained. You won't be disappointed.

We loved the condo and it's location close to the beach/pool. It had everything you needed. Loved having the chairs included wit the stay.
