Stayed Jul 19, 2025Larry, owner, was awesome to work with. He was available when we had questions. Condo was great and located on the 8th floor which allows you to walk directly from parking garage. Love the complex with the lazy river, pool, and slide. Dont let the elevators scare you. Other then a few peak times the elevators were pretty fast.We hope to be back.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024From the condo to the pools and beach everything was clean and close. Had grand babies with me and so great to keep them entertained with all the different options of pool and beach. Larry who I rented from was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. Will return and recommend to all my friends

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We love the Gulf Shores area. It’s our favorite vacation spot for family. We’ve stayed in a couple Phoenix Buildings. They are always clean and the staff are friendly. We choose our location based on the pools (for the grandchildren) but everything is always great. A little pricy but always a great stay.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Loved this location! Condo was very neat and clean! Awesome view. Had 6 adults and 1 child. Condo was located right off the elevator /parking garage. Parked on eighth floor and condo was on eighth floor. Would highly recommend! We will definitely use this condo again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Well appointed condo. 4th bathroom is a big plus. Kitchen is lacking pantry space. Great amenities-pools, lazy river, gym, tennis. Wine cooler was out of commission. There are many complaints about the elevators but if you avoid check in / out times it’s really fine. Indoor parking is great but it’s important to note there’s a separate fee to park. Also if you need additional parking check with the front desk before you pay to park off site.

Stayed Mar 25, 2023First time staying in Orange Beach and we LOVED it. The Condo was perfect and very spacious, it had everything we needed in it. Loved my mornings on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was great for food as well, short walk and quick drive to many places. We will definitely stay her again if/when we come back.

Stayed Mar 18, 2023We had a great stay. There was lots of space for three couples. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. The condo is close to many great restaurants, shops and an awesome bike trail. Larry was very responsive and even helped us locate an additional parking space. We would definitely stay here again!
