Stayed Jul 6, 2025Overall the stay was very pleasant.Check-in was a breeze. Parking was not an issue.Two functional elevators. Never a problem with overcrowding.All pool areas were very well kept and offered ample seating.Easy access to the beach.Centrally located - lots of great dining options for families.The room itself was exactly as pictured. It fit my family of 3 very well. Great ocean view. The only critique I have is that the floors were likely not mopped before my arrival, as I would always end up with dirty socks walking around the condo.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Phoenix III was great! Having access to the other 3 properties amenities as well is a plus. Unit 3107 was Amazing and has a terrific view. Only downside is the check out time being 10AM with consistent text messages of reminders that check out is 10AM. Other than that will definitely stay at the Phoenix again!
